DfE Invest NI - Leading Team Programme Invest NI is seeking to engage an experienced Contractor(s) for the design, delivery and management of up to five cohorts of a new Leadership Team Programme with an anticipated start date January 2024. This tender has been divided into two Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. There is no restrictions on the number of Lots a Tenderer can bid for or be awarded, Tenderers may bid for one, two or both Lots as they wish. LOT 1 - The Design, Management and Delivery of Executive Education Content Service - Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver a programme of Executive Education content. LOT 2 – The Design, Management and Delivery of a Business Coaching Service for Executive Teams - Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver a Business Coaching service to Executive Teams participating on the Leadership Team Programme. Invest NI Business Information Centre (BIC) is operated by the Business Information Services team, based in the Innovation, Research and Development (IRD) Division of Invest NI. It provides a cost-effective information service to any NI company or individual wishing to develop their business, particularly when they intend to sell outside Northern Ireland. The BIC wishes to procure annual subscription licences to 7 online Market Research Information Resources which provide twenty-four seven access through a web browser to secondary market research and market analysis. This Tender has been divided into seven Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. There are no restrictions on the number of Lots a Tenderer can bid for or be awarded, Tenderers may bid for one, two, three etc or all Lots as they wish. One Tenderer will be awarded per lot based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). The contract duration for each lot is one year with four optional extension of up to one year each (maximum of up to 5 years).
Invest NI in recognising the challenge for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME’s) and in particular to grow export sales in markets outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland, wish to appoint a Contractor to provide a Go Global Programme that will support our SME’s to develop their International business footprint and give them the confidence, ambition, knowledge and skills required to sell their products and services in new export markets. The initial focus will be Europe, enabling businesses to take advantage of the “Windsor Framework” then will expand to North America and beyond depending on company needs and the opportunity presented. As a result, Invest NI is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the delivery and management of “The Go Global Programme” for a five-year period, with an anticipated launch date in financial quarter 4 2024/25. Invest NI would like to procure a fund manager to deliver the following services on its behalf: Manage a Successor pre seed and seed equity fund for an initial period of ten years (with scope to extend by a maximum of five years to allow an orderly exit from the equity investments) to undertake a total investment of £48m in the NI market with an associated management fee of a maximum of £10.3m over 10 years. Investments will be made in the form of equity securities, mainly ordinary shares but can include preference shares or instruments convertible into ordinary/ preference shares. If the fund is extended beyond the 10 years, Invest NI will negotiate with the fund manager in relation to additional fees and Manage a Proof of Concept (POC) grant fund for a period of six years to undertake total investment of £7.2m in the NI market with an associated maximum fee of £900k plus VAT. A legal contract, by way of a Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA) and a Management Service Agreement (MSA) will govern the ten-year contract to deliver the successor fund.
