The scope includes the following essential elements:
• Retrofit Assessments and Technical Surveys by appropriately qualified person, provide evidence of site assessment and documents needed for batching (RdSAP10, IOE, profile, quote and signed customer approval of proposal)
• Install approved measures to PAS2035:2023 standards and provide certificates of MCS, Quality Mark, materials and workmanship certificates, insurance backed guarantees, TrustMark certificate, IAA guarantees and pulse/air pressure testing where required)
• Post EPC assessment and certificate provided along with post install photo evidence
