Derby Homes has published this notice to advise of the intention to award a contract to Tunstall Healthcare UK Ltd for the continued monitoring and maintenance of the warden call system at Parklands View which is a closed protocol system.
The requirement is ongoing and the exemption is to be dated for 5 years.
