Following an independent survey and fire risk assessment completed in 2023 by Marpal Fire Safety, DCG is seeking to procure the services of a single contractor to undertake a fire door set upgrade, replacement, refurbishment, repair (to include disposal of old fire doors) at Joseph Wright ASAP and no later than 20.03.26 with the potential to include all campuses over a longer term. DCG is seeking to procure the services of a single contractor to the role of Principal Contractor to deliver the Broomfield Hall and annexe refurbishment works for 2026. Works will include a full range of refurbishment works in a live site environment on a phased handover scheme starting no later than 29.06.26 with practical completion on or before 16.10.26 as detailed within the Guidance document available for download from https://www.in-tendhost.co.uk/educationportal/aspx/Home. This is a multi stage procurement process, this Stage 1 invites interested parties to submit a PSQ to ascertain a shortlist of contractors for tendering.
