The IOT Facility project is a three-storey extension to the existing DCG Stephenson Building, located on the College's Roundhouse Campus. The project will provide 1,025m2 of new teaching accommodation.
The existing Stephenson Building is situated in the centre of DCG's main Derby Roundhouse campus. The construction works for the project will include the linear extension of the existing building and several alterations to the existing facility. The works will be carried out on a fully operational Campus & the rest of the Stephenson Building will be fully occupied & fully operational at all times during the course of the IOT construction project works. The construction works will also include associated external modifications, external works and external services.

2. Extension to an existing 2 storey building to provide further accommodation for students - project value circa ?1,250,000 + VAT
3. External refurbishment of a current classroom block- project value circa ? 350,000 + VAT
