DAERA (the Buyer) is seeking to establish a contract with a Supplier to provide genetic and genomic evaluations, benchmarking services, and associated customer support services for the Northern Ireland Bovine Genetics Programme. The main objectives of this programme are to create an integrated bovine data platform via a managed solution which will deliver and future-proof the functionality to provide genetic and genomic evaluations, benchmarking services, and associated customer support services, to the Bovine Genetics Programme and additionally provide flexibility to exploit the use of new technology where this provides benefit to the programme. The initial contract period is for 5 years with two optional extension periods of 2 years each and a further optional extension period of 1 year. Forest Service wishes to invite tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts for Plant and Equipment. Forest Service anticipates establishing a multi-lot Contract(s) with suppliers for the provision of these parts. Forest Service currently carries out servicing and repair of a range of plant and Equipment at Engineering Workshops across Northern Ireland (see Specification Section 6.2). The aim of this Contract is to enable Forest Service to establish call-off arrangements for the Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts for Plant and Equipment. It is intended that, via this arrangement, Forest Service will be able to source all Spare Parts necessary to enable the effective repair and maintenance of the fleet of plant and equipment. The overall objective is to deliver value for money and cash releasing savings for the organisation. The Contract will be structured into 12 Lots based on Plant type. A Contractor will be awarded for each Lot.

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) requires an Imagery provider (The Supplier) for satellite imagery acquisition for use by an external CwRS Contractor in remote sensing techniques to ensure compliance and control for: 1. Environmental Farming Scheme (EFS) eligibility (Higher applications); and 2. Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) eligibility including Areas deemed as Commons. 3. LPIS QA Exercises 4. Future Farm Support and Development Programme. The Supplier must provide Satellite Imagery during two periods in each year of the contract, from spring through to summer.
