Invest NI wish to appoint a Contractor to provide a Trade Advisory Service for India. The TAS service is managed by Invest NI’s International Trade Advisory team in Belfast and our Invest NI Regional Manager based in Mumbai, India. As required, the TAS shall respond to Invest NI customer needs for access to strategic market research as well as practical advice and guidance from an experienced trade adviser based in the market. The TAS shall also provide Invest NI access to specific market intelligence reports. The success of the TAS service will be measured by a range of performance criteria and ultimately the increase in export sales to India of Invest NI customers utilising the service. This service forms part of Invest NI’s strategy to assist NI based companies to grow in export markets.

Invest NI wishes to appoint a Contractor to design, supply, install and support a flexible fit-for-purpose Audio Visual (AV) solution(s), including equipment, within Invest NI’s Belfast Headquarters (Bedford Square), and Regional Offices throughout Northern Ireland. The technology must be modern, user-friendly and compatible with Invest NI provided MS Teams. The solutions must have the capability and functionality to cater for in-house meetings, on-site meetings between INI and external attendees and hybrid meetings. The services to be delivered under the Contract shall be split into phases: Phase I - Post Covid Return to Physical Office (Bedford Square and the NI regional Office Network) The Contractor shall design, supply, install and support AV Solutions in meeting rooms within Invest NI HQ and Regional network. Phase II - Ways of Working Project Planning for the longer term repurposing of floor space in Invest NI HQ, Bedford Square and the Regional offices.

Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor to manage and deliver the full annual events portfolio which plays a vital role in engaging with and communicating their messages to target audiences providing a strategic platform to promote its programmes and advisory services to ultimately facilitate annual programme referral and participation targets, help identify and build a pipeline of potential customers and support and encourage linkage of the Client’s core customer segments. Delivery includes provision of management and logistical support services with a mix of face to face, online and hybrid events; promotion, registration and management of delegate bookings; design, production, storage, cataloguing, delivery and installation of set, staging and display stand requirements and promotional materials; and to provide and manage an online conference solution which can deliver virtual, hybrid and in-person events. Submissions are welcomed from both agencies and consortiums.
