DfI TRAM have a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of 22 no. Oil Spill Bowsers to Department for Infrastructure (Roads) Ballymena.

RAM Surfacing Framework A will deliver Works through Call-Off Contracts for all lots under the Framework. These works may include but are not limited to: laying carriageway asphalt surfacing; delivery of two or more concurrent resurfacing schemes on a public road; reshaping of carriageways; delivery of Temporary Traffic Management; adjustment of street furniture to new levels; adjustment and/or provision of kerb lines; adjustment and/or provision of carriageway drainage systems; provision of road markings and studs. The Framework will comprise of five area Lots (delivering multiple Works Orders each valued between £50k to £750k) and a Project Lot (delivering projects valued between £750k and £5m in all areas). The five area lots are: Mid and East Antrim; Newry and Mourne; Cookstown and Magherafelt; Omagh; and Belfast North.

The works required under this contract involve the design and construction of improvement works along approximately 25.2km of the A1 dual carriageway between Loughbrickland and the Hillsborough Roundabout. This will be a Design and Build contract, and as such the applicant will be required to manage the design and the construction processes for all permanent and temporary works associated with the Contract. The proposed scheme will include, but is not limited to, the following main elements: (i) Construction of 4 Compact Grade Separated Junctions (CGSJ), (ii) Construction of a new northbound on-slip from the Castlewellan Road (Banbridge) onto the A1, (iii) Construction of a link road connecting the Milebush Road to the Hillsborough Road CGSJ, Dromore, (iv) Closure of all gaps within the central reserve, (v) Installation of a continuous rigid central reserve safety barrier the full 25.2km length of the scheme, (vi) Closure of 9 selected side roads and approximately 50 private accesses on the mainline, (vii) Conversion of 21 No. existing minor road junctions onto the A1 to Left-IN/Left-Out (LILO) configurations, (viii) Installation of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) including Variable Message Signs (VMS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), and (ix) Accommodation works including accesses, laneways, fencing, planting, drainage, utility alterations, etc.

DfI TRAM is seeking an experienced Contractor to carry out SCANNER surveys and supply data which can be used to provide a measure of the condition of the road network.

Contract to supply permanent and temporary traffic signs, posts and ancillary equipment.

The Client requires a Contractor for specialist marine engineering and naval architecture expertise to ensure that issues can be assessed and appropriately dealt with in a timely manner thus reducing the risk of delays or disruption in ferry services. RAM Interim Surfacing Framework will include the following work activities: laying various types of asphalt surfacing by mechanical means and by hand; reshaping of carriageways; adjustment of street furniture to new levels; adjustment/provision of kerblines; adjustment/provision of carriageway drainage systems; Temporary Traffic Management; road marking/studs; and other associated ancillary works. The Framework will comprise of six area Lots (Works Orders valued £50k to £750k) and a Project Lot (projects valued £750k to £5m) covering the following areas: - ISF W4 - Strabane; - ISF S3 - Armagh; - ISF W6 - Derry; - ISF S4 - Banbridge and Craigavon; - ISF W7 - Fermanagh; and - ISF S5 - Ards and North Down.

DfI Roads Operations and Maintenance Roads require a Supplier to provide additional LGV Minimum Class C drivers to work alongside DfI drivers during the winter season throughout a period of 24 weeks. The contract will require approximately 80 to 100 external LGV drivers each winter to cover various shifts in Roads depots.

The intention is to initially invite Economic Operators to apply in an NEC Participation Stage process for Portadown Flood Alleviation Scheme. It is anticipated that up to 8 Suppliers that: satisfy the completeness and compliance checks; satisfy the requirements as to legal and financial capacity; have not been excluded and who achieve the highest overall scores in the Participation Stage evaluation, may be shortlisted for the Tender Stage for Phase 1 Portadown Flood Alleviation Scheme. Where there is a tie for 8th place, then all Suppliers in 8th place will be invited to tender for Phase 1. For the purposes of this exercise a tie for 8th place is deemed to occur where two or more Suppliers have identical scores or a score within 1 mark (out of a score of 100) of the 8th place score. The eight shortlisted suppliers (and ties) from Participation Stage will be invited to tender for Phase 1. One supplier, the MAT, will be awarded the construction of Phase 1 of Portadown Flood Alleviation Scheme. Framework Agreement The assessment of the tenders for Phase 1, will result in Tenders being Scored and Ranked. The top 6 ranked Tenderers (including the MAT for Phase 1) will be appointed to the Framework Agreement and subsequently invited to tender for Phase 2 and Phase 3, as Secondary Competitions under the Framework Agreement. These later Phases will be awarded on the basis of quality/social value/price ratio.

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) wishes to purchase camera equipment, providing infrastructure monitoring coverage in order to maintain a minimum of 460 designated rural watercourses and to construct infrastructure to offer enhanced flood protection to 92 properties , for a period of five years with two optional extension periods of up to 24 months. Support for each camera will run for 5 years from the date of delivery of each piece of equipment. . The software of the static cameras, any software updates and airtime will also be required.
