Term Contract for Maintenance and Improvement to Structures - Within each Contract Area, the works to be undertaken under this Contract may include, but not be limited to, the following principal work activities which are provided by way of example: • TTM on a live trafficked public road network • Full or Partial Demolition of Structures • Road restraint systems installation and/or repair • Earthworks • Culvert upgrades/maintenance including lining and invert repair works • General bridge/structures maintenance • Working in water • Scour protection and maintenance works • Brickwork, Blockwork and Stonework • Structural concrete construction and/or repairs • Installation of precast beams or box culverts • Structural steelwork including repairs • All works on or in the vicinity of the Northern Ireland Railways (NIR) network requiring £100,000,000 public liability insurance, up to a maximum cumulative contract value of £1,000,000 will be delivered through STN2 contract. DfI - Advertising service to promote safe and sustainable travel in Northern Ireland The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide advertising and related services to deliver a range of advertising campaigns. The Contract will be for an initial period of three years followed by two optional extension periods of up to 12 months each. The Supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive suite of services including creative development and strategy, advertising (traditional and digital), creative design and content creation, copywriting, campaign management and evaluation to ensure value for money and impact amongst its target audiences. This advertising campaign Contract will be made up of several separate strands, each funded by the responsible Business Area within DfI

DfI Roads Operations and Maintenance Roads require a Supplier to provide additional LGV Minimum Class C drivers to work alongside DfI drivers during the winter season throughout a period of 24 weeks. The contract will require approximately 80 to 100 external LGV drivers each winter to cover various shifts in Roads depots.

DfI require a contract for IT Services to support delivery of statutory vehicle testing for Driver Vehicle Agency of Northern Ireland.

DfI - DVA is placing this voluntary transparency notice to alert economic operators of its intention to modify the IT Services to support delivery of statutory Vehicle Testing Service contract in accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This transparency notice does not place any obligation on the Authority to enter into this modification.

The Department has a need to establish a call-off contractual arrangement, for each of its workshops across Northern Ireland in order to support in-house maintenance operations. Each contract is designed to provide the Department with a facility to have guaranteed work undertaken owing to not having sufficient in-house technical personnel to meet operational requirements. Should this change during the term of this contract the Department reserves the right to change the work from guaranteed scheduled work to non-guaranteed unscheduled work. DFI TRAM - Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment, Workwear and Associated products.

The Department for Infrastructure wishes to appoint a Contractor or Contractors to provide additional topographical survey capacity necessary to supplement it's in-house provision. The Department relies on accurate topographical information to support a wide range of applications in the delivery of it's obligations, including design of road improvements, asset management, flood risk management and feasibility and design of flood alleviation schemes.

Drink drive courses are currently used as part of a sentencing option in courts. Where an offender is disqualified for 12 months or more in respect of an alcohol-related driving offence, the court must (unless for special reasons it thinks it would be inappropriate to do so) order that the period of disqualification be reduced if the offender satisfactorily completes an approved Course for Drink Drive Offenders (CDDO/the course). The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) wishes to appoint a Contractor (i.e. a course provider) to provide courses for drink drive offenders from 1st October 2024.

Temporary and permanent repairs/patching/reinstatements* of openings and defects in carriageways, footways and cycleways. D. Small network improvement schemes such as: a. traffic calming, b. traffic management, c. civils works associated with traffic signal replacements/installations at junctions/crossings. E. Construction and surfacing of carriageways, footways and cycleways. F. Provision, adjustment and maintenance of drainage systems. G. Provision and adjustment of kerblines. H. Earthworks including verge reconstruction and slope stability. I.
