In addition, the solution is also the Human Capital Management solution for Delt and Plymouth City Council (PCC), delivering Employee lifecycle Management, case management, annual leave, performance management and absence management. Delt aspires to grow the Human Capital Management offering to its wider Payroll bureau customers, as well as increasing the number of Payroll users over time, particularly in the Local Government and Education markets, where it has a fantastic reputation for providing professional payroll advice and services.
Delt's goal is to expand their Human Capital Management services to a larger pool of customers who use their Payroll bureau, while also gradually increasing the number of Payroll users. This focus is particularly geared towards the Local Government and Education sectors, as Delt has established itself as a trusted provider for outstanding payroll guidance and solutions.

Delt intend to award a contract for the provision of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for the stated parties. This procurement is necessitated by the withdrawal of support for the West of England Combined Authority’s current on-premises ERP system.
