De Montfort University (DMU) is inviting tenders for the provision of Health Care Personnel Uniforms. The University currently has one supplier for the provision of Health Care Personnel Uniforms, and is seeking to award this contract to a single supplier. The Contract will be initially for 3 years with options to renew for up to 2 years. Renewal will be subject to satisfactory performance and expenditure against contract. The successful Tenderer will be expected to provide core list of healthcare personnel uniforms as specified in the Specification, to attend pre-agreed measuring days, students are to be accurately measured and recorded by the representatives, the successful Tenderer will be expected to utilise and issue stocks of uniform held by DMU, which is made up of different sizes and suppliers. The Supplier must demonstrate an awareness of requirements for uniforms within work settings as well as ensuring students are measured and fitted in uniforms in which they will be comfortable.

1489 Provision of MPharm Year Zero course 2021 - AWARD
DMU invites bids from suitably experienced and qualified providers for the provision of an MPharm Year Zero course for home applicants. DMU already has successful level 3 routes onto the MPharm for both EU and international applicants (www.dmu.ac.uk/dmu-international-college/international-year-zero/pharmacy.aspx) and for home applicants (www.dmu.ac.uk/study/courses/undergraduate-courses/pharmacy-mpharm-year-zero/pharmacy-mpharm-year-zero.aspx). This tender covers the provision of a level 3 route onto the MPharm for home applicants.
It is anticipated that the initial contract period shall last until 30th September 2023, following which a potential three further one-year extensions may be available, subject to satisfactory performance, available resource and business need. The maximum total contract, assuming all extensions granted, will end 30th September 2026.
The anticipated contract commencement date is Friday 1st January 2021, with course delivery to begin at the start of DMU's academic year 2021-22.

1513 Job Board Advertising and Access to Candidate CV Database for Generic Professional Services Roles - AWARD
DMU is seeking to establish a contract with a single suitable supplier to provide job board advertising and access to a candidate CV database for recruitment of candidates to professional roles within the university. The requirement is for service provision of a generic Professional Services job board website, and CV search function. This would include access to the job board website's CV database as well as credits to post job adverts. The successful bidder will have relevant successful experience of advertising these types of roles to a far-reaching audience, with a high volume of site traffic weekly.
The initial contract period shall last from 5th January 2021 until 4th January 2024 with the option of a further extension after the initial term, to take the maximum possible end date to 30th September 2024. Any extension shall be offered dependent upon continued business need, available funding and satisfactory delivery of the contracted services, and is in any case at the sole discretion of DMU.
The maximum budget available for provision of these services is ?10,000 per annum. Bids which feature pricing in excess of this will not be accepted.

The Contract is being offered under the Crown Commercial Service's Management Consultancy Framework (RM3745) Framework Agreement (Lot 3 Audit). De Montfort University (DMU) has a diverse student population of circa 23,000.
Chartwells, part of the Compass UK and Ireland Group, have provided the catering service at DMU since 2003 and the current contract expires on 31st July 2026. The current provision includes 7 units, comprising of coffee shops, retail shop, staff lounge, Subway and the main campus Food Village.
DMU are seeking support from a catering consultant to provide expertise and specialist advice on
o to oversee the creation of a contract renewal strategy, solutions, creation of a detailed specification, tender review and contract mobilisation plus phasing and implementation of the outgoing/incoming service providers.
o Provide regular updates via reports and RAG status.
o planning and preparation for the retender (including internal stakeholder engagement),
o analysis and assessment of tender submissions and awarding a new contract.
The objective is to appoint a catering provider that delivers a high quality, customer focused service that meets the diverse needs of students, leading to high satisfaction levels and value for money as well as being commercially viable.
It is expected that the catering consultant will be appointed in August/September 2023, with support required through to the commencement of the new contract in August 2026.

Recognising the objectives at De Montfort University to improve graduate outcomes and boost student employability alongside our desire to internationalise the student experience we have a specific requirement for a provider who has expertise in both fields - employability and internationalisation.
DMU currently runs a successful mobility programme, DMU Global, however in some regions we lack the knowledge and expertise to deliver programmes, in particular South East Asia and Latin America. Finding a provider that has in-country knowledge in these regions, staff on the ground, and links with business and local organisations to be able to create bespoke, impactful programmes is our main requirement.
