DLUHC is supporting building owners in taking immediate steps to ensure their residents' safety and in making decisions on any remedial work that is necessary. This framework is for provision of building safety professionals to audit samples of External Wall Assessment (EWS1) forms. This specialist resource is not available within government to execute these audits. Individual contracts (call-offs) awarded under this Framework Agreement (Lots 1 and 2) will be governed by the same terms and conditions as the Framework with specific instructions set out in the call-off work instruction. For both Lots 1 and 2, the Authority will use the following mechanisms to allocate (commission) work: a) Direct Award for prompt, regular, simple commissioning of Audits, allocating call-offs such that the total annual value of Work Orders offered to each Audit Provider is proportionate to the annual value of audits offered b) Mini-Competition: the Authority may seek to compete potential larger call-offs i.e. where the work instruction is estimated to represent more than 20% of the annual estimated value of Lots 1 or 2

his procurement is for the purchase of home working equipment to be used by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) employees at their home locations. This requirement is for chairs and desks for staff working from home, in order that the Department can fulfil its obligations in terms of duty of care to its staff and their wellbeing. All furniture supplied should comply with Fire Safety Standard required (FFFSR-1988).

The high-level design of the remediation portfolio is nearly complete and requires several new functions to be built plus a review of the culture and ways of working. The Supplier is engaged to deliver the organisational design work and governance design.

1. Establishing the framework (including governance, approach and processes) to assess developers' requests for deferred repayments; and 2. Testing this framework on a first case of developer's request

There are three core phases identified within this package of work (the project is termed Commissioning Framework assignment), they are as follows: Phase 1: Agreed objectives and the future vision will come from the discovery phase. Key to this will be the review of the current arrangements and existing MoU/agreements in place between DLUHC and its Delivery Partners, alongside discussions with stakeholders. Phase 2: Co-Design and draft the new Commissioning Frameworks with DLUHC and its Delivery Partners. Phase 3: Support with the implementation of the newly agreed Commissioning Frameworks and monitor the implementation and overall effectiveness during the first month. Alongside this, an overall knowledge transfer and handover of the work package will conclude this third phase.

The Supplier will be responsible for providing events planning, delivery and related services.
