The Project shall be for the Electrical Building Services Installation associated with the Sports Hall at St Catherine's College, Eastbourne.
The works shall be confined to the New Sports Hall as detailed in the tender documentation.
DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
The Works shall comprise the complete Services Installation associated with the new Development including:
• Supply & Install Electrical Mains Intake to Sports hall
• Supply & Install Distribution Board & Sub Mains
• Supply & Install all Containment associated with electrical services installation
• Supply & Install Lighting Fittings
• Supply & Install Lighting Controls
• Supply & Install Power Installation
• Design, Supply & Install Fire Alarm Installation (see Clause 2.10)
• Supply & Install Data / Comms wiring
• Design, Supply & Install Lightning Protection System
• Supplies to Mechanical Services
• Production of detailed Installation Drawings (see Clauses 1.51 and 1.52)
• Production of As Installed Record Drawings and Manuals (see Clauses 1.70 and 1.71)

We are asking interested parties for a submission of what you can provide for £100,000 investment on solar as buy out right option (no leases or investment options). The College wishes the energy savings we own them outright and gain the energy saving direct back to the college.

Diocese Of Chichester Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust comprised of 25 schools in Hampshire, East Sussex, West Sussex, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight. It is envisaged that at least two more schools will join by April 2025, with several more to join during the duration of the contract.The Trust requires the provision of a fully managed Payroll Service and a fully integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The HR records and payroll are managed locally at school level and overseen by the Trust Centre team – meaning the provider will be engaging with more than 25 different contact points across the schools.A draft specification has been provided at Attachment 1. St Catherine's College is a Church of England secondary school based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. It is one of 25 academies within the Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust and has over 1060 students on roll between the ages of 11-16.
We are looking to procure £100,000 of Solar panels. Approximately 12 months ago we had a large solar install with a system size of 101.65kWp. We would like to add to this system and invest £100,000 into further solar panels.
Our solar panels are situated on the following roofs:
17, 5, 8, 9.
We would like to propose that further solar panels are installed onto roofs 4, 7, 1, 13, 11 and 18 however we will be led by the contractor to offer advice regarding maximum benefit from the sunlight.
Our electricity is currently supplied by EDF and we pay a monthly standing charge of £386.453 and the current pence per kWh:
