Curo are inviting contractors to participate in Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to help inform Curo’s requirements in relation to any future procurement. The primary focus of the PME is to help Curo better understand the market and align the procurement strategy to industry standards.
Curo currently manages and maintains automatic gates, barriers, doors, door entry & Salto locks at various locations across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas that require regular servicing and ad hoc maintenance.
Curo are exploring the option of dividing this requirement into two lots.
Lot 1: Servicing
This will include a programme of servicing across automatic gates, barriers, doors, door entry & Salto locks
Lot 2: Call out, maintenance, replacement and install
This will include ad-hoc call out maintenance requests and ad-hoc replacement and install requests as the business requires.
Further information can be found in 'Market Insight - Gates, Door, Barriers & Salto (RFI)' document which can be found by registering on the Curo supplier portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/curo/aspx/Home) and searching for project CURO - 00000390 or by emailing procurement@curo-group.co.uk and quoting project CURO - 00000390.
Curo wish to engage with the market to help inform its requirements for a future programme for the supply and installation of replacement UPVC and aluminium windows and balcony doors and associated works across a number of its sites in Bath. There is also a requirement for a programme of cyclical decorations to potentially be carried out concurrently at the same sites. These works are required to ensure the continued maintenance and upkeep of our property stock and for us to ensure that we achieve our obligations as a social housing provider.
Passive Fire Safety Works
Curo are looking to appoint contractors to complete passive fire safety works. This includes but is not limited to;
- Fire Door Installation
- Fire Door Remedials
- Fire Stopping
