Curo are inviting Bids for Water Safety Servicing across Curo Sites. The Water Safety Servicing requirement is divided into two Lots. Both Lot 1 and 2 will be for an initial term of two (2) years with a one (1) year extension. Lot 1: Curo wish to appoint a single contractor to deliver Curo’s Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPM) across Curo sites. The Contractor will carry out the PPM Programme as outlined in each sites current Legionella Risk Assessment, and in accordance with HSG 274 Part 2 and Curo’s written scheme/instructions. In addition to the PPM Programme the Contractor will deliver any remedial works related to the requirement that is required by Curo. Curo wish to procure a 4 year Framework Agreement for the delivery of new build construction and development projects via direct award and mini competition.Under the Framework Agreement the following entities will have the option to call-off contracts with individual framework contractors as and when required: (i) any entity within the same group of companies as Curo Places Limited from time to time (a "Curo Group Member"); (ii) any entity or joint venture company that Curo Places Limited or any other Curo Group Member holds an interest in from time to time; and (iii) any other Social Housing Provider in the UK, from time to time. Curo wish to award a contract for the supply and installation of door entry systems (audio only) across a programme of sheltered sites in the Bath / Bristol and surrounding area. The sites in question are home to vulnerable residents and the solution must be sympathetic to their needs. The programme contains a total of 10 schemes and Curo are looking for a single contractor to de-commission the existing legacy door entry system; supply and install a new replacement solution.

Void Property Cleaning, Clearance and Specialist Cleaning FrameworkThis framework of contracts will deliver cleaning, specialist cleaning and clearance services to void Curo properties across the South West region of England. Services will need to be delivered by the dates requested, and to the quality required in line with Curo’s lettable standard. The quality of the cleans/clearances and time taken to turnaround a void property is a key objective and will mark the success of each contract.The contracts shall be on an initial term of three years with a possible one year extension (subject to performance).

Curo are seeking a single Contractor to carry out works at three locations in Bath. The works include the supply and installation of new uPVC and aluminium windows and doors in addition to both internal and external cyclical works. These works are required to ensure the maintenance, upkeep and thermal efficiency of Curo's property stock at these locations.

Curo's Asset Management team have a responsibility to manage the condition of Curo's roofs across its housing stock. The condition of some of these assets means that we now have a programme of roof replacements to deliver. This contract will aim to deliver 16 full roof replacements. The roof replacements contained within the cost model as part of the tender documentation will be delivered at a fixed cost. The Contract Term will be for an initial period of 3 years, with a 12-month optional extension to be exercised at Curo's sole discretion.

Active Fire Safety Works Curo are looking to appoint a Service Provider to carry out inspections, testing, maintenance, reactive remediation, provision of callout service and when required, replacement or new installations of the following life safety systems at Curo sites along with other external sites within Curo’s remit; • Fire Alarms • Emergency Lighting • Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) • Manual Opening Vents (MOVs) • Fire Equipment • Fire Fighting Drop Key Switches • Communal Part 6 Systems • Auto Hold Open Devices • Misting Systems The successful Service Provider will be awarded a three-year contract with the option to extend for a further two years at Curo’s discretion. All inspection, testing, servicing and maintenance is to comply with the standards set out in the tender specifications and relevant guidelines and regulations/legislation, considering any further updates in those standards over the length of the contract.

Curo are seeking to appoint a single Contractor with the experience and expertise to supply and install electronic door entry wall mounted fob readers and handle sets across a programme of Curo owned residential blocks. These blocks are currently fitted with iButton wall readers and handle sets that all require replacing. The programme includes approximately 336 wall mounted fob readers, and 81 fob access handle sets across 83 sites. The programme includes the supply of fob credentials and any associated door entry control units and where necessary cabling. The Contractor will be required to decommission, make safe, remove and recycle the existing iButton electronic door entry fob readers, door entry control units and any degraded cabling where required and supply, install, commission and test a replacement solution.

Access Management service Curo wish to appoint a single contractor to carry out works comprising of a programme of servicing and maintenance (planned preventative maintenance), remedials, call out reactive repairs and reactive installations/upgrades across Curo’s Access Control assets. For this contracts, Access Control assets include: • Powered Doors • Powered Gates • Powered Barriers • Powered Shutters • Salto Locks • Intercoms These assets require regular servicing and maintenance to ensure that they are kept safe, operational and are fit for purpose. In addition to servicing and maintenance the Contractor will be required to attend ad-hoc callouts when required to fault find as and when issues arise, and to deliver the necessary reactive repairs. From time-to-time assets may require replacing or upgrading, which will also be under the purview of this contract, however, Curo does not have a planned programme of replacements/upgrades and so the contractor will deliver replacements/upgrades only when the need arises. The Contract Term will be for an initial period of 3 years, with two x 12-month optional extensions to be exercised at Curo’s sole discretion.
