Curo are inviting Bids for Water Safety Servicing across Curo Sites. The Water Safety Servicing requirement is divided into two Lots. Both Lot 1 and 2 will be for an initial term of two (2) years with a one (1) year extension. Lot 1: Curo wish to appoint a single contractor to deliver Curo’s Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPM) across Curo sites. The Contractor will carry out the PPM Programme as outlined in each sites current Legionella Risk Assessment, and in accordance with HSG 274 Part 2 and Curo’s written scheme/instructions.
