Curo are inviting contractors to participate in Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to help inform Curo’s requirements in relation to any future procurement. The primary focus of the PME is to help Curo better understand the market and align the procurement strategy to industry standards.
Curo currently manages and maintains automatic gates, barriers, doors, door entry & Salto locks at various locations across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas that require regular servicing and ad hoc maintenance.
Curo are exploring the option of dividing this requirement into two lots.
Lot 1: Servicing
This will include a programme of servicing across automatic gates, barriers, doors, door entry & Salto locks
Lot 2: Call out, maintenance, replacement and install
This will include ad-hoc call out maintenance requests and ad-hoc replacement and install requests as the business requires.

Curo wish to invite contractors to a Meet The Buyer event held at Curo's head offices (The Maltings, Lower Bristol Road, BA2 1EP) on the 24th October 2025.
If your organisation is interested in participating in this event you are required to register your organisation free of charge on Curo's Intend portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/curo/aspx/Home), express an interest in the project and read the instructions on the document (Preliminary Market Engagement - RFI Roofing & Scaffolding). Following these steps you are required to register your interest by completing the registration form detailing your organisations business details and confirming your attendance.

Cyclical Electrical Inspections & Remediations (EICRs)
Curo are looking to appoint two providers to complete cyclical electrical inspections and remediations. This includes but is not limited to;
• Electrical Inspection Testing (EICRs) across all general needs, market rent, choice and commercial offices/shops
• We may on occasion ask for EICRs to be completed in our empty homes or communal areas
• Remedial works identified from the inspection
• Smoke detection updates and/or replacements
The successful service providers will be awarded five-year contracts with no option to extend.
Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
Important information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal.

Curo wish to engage with the market to help inform its requirements for a future programme for the supply and installation of replacement UPVC and aluminium windows and balcony doors and associated works across a number of its sites in Bath. There is also a requirement for a programme of cyclical decorations to potentially be carried out concurrently at the same sites. These works are required to ensure the continued maintenance and upkeep of our property stock and for us to ensure that we achieve our obligations as a social housing provider.
