Single Contractor to carry out works at three locations in Bath. The works include the supply and installation of new uPVC and aluminium windows and doors in addition to both internal and external cyclical works. The works are required to ensure the maintenance, upkeep and thermal efficiency of Curo's property stock at these locations.
Curo are inviting Bids for Water Safety Servicing across Curo Sites. The Water Safety Servicing requirement is divided into two Lots. Both Lot 1 and 2 will be for an initial term of two (2) years with a one (1) year extension. Lot 1: Curo wish to appoint a single contractor to deliver Curo’s Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme (PPM) across Curo sites. The Contractor will carry out the PPM Programme as outlined in each sites current Legionella Risk Assessment, and in accordance with HSG 274 Part 2 and Curo’s written scheme/instructions. In addition to the PPM Programme the Contractor will deliver any remedial works related to the requirement that is required by Curo. Curo are looking for a single contractor to deliver a programme of passenger lift servicing, repairs and maintenance works across its passenger lift portfolio. In addition to the lift servicing and maintenance, Curo also wish to include a programme of passenger lift replacements and refurbishment. Curo are seeking to appoint a single Contractor with the experience and expertise to supply and install electronic door entry wall mounted fob readers and handle sets across a programme of Curo owned residential blocks. These blocks are currently fitted with iButton wall readers and handle sets that all require replacing.
The programme includes approximately 336 wall mounted fob readers, and 81 fob access handle sets across 83 sites. The programme includes the supply of fob credentials and any associated door entry control units and where necessary cabling.
The Contractor will be required to decommission, make safe, remove and recycle the existing iButton electronic door entry fob readers, door entry control units and any degraded cabling where required and supply, install, commission and test a replacement solution.
Servicing and Maintenance of Stairlifts/Platform/Through Floor lifts/Hoists and Bath CushionsThe contract shall comprise of the inspection, servicing, maintenance, remediation, provision of callout service and when required, replacement or new installations at Curo sites along with other external sites within Curo’s remit.The servicing and maintenance programme covers the following assets across Curo’s housing stock: • Domestic Stairlifts• Communal Stairlifts• Through Floor Lifts• Platform Lifts• Hoist adjustable baths• Lifting cushionsThe contract term will be for an initial period of 3 years.
Curo wish to procure a 4 year Framework Agreement for the delivery of new build construction and development projects via direct award and mini competition.Under the Framework Agreement the following entities will have the option to call-off contracts with individual framework contractors as and when required: (i) any entity within the same group of companies as Curo Places Limited from time to time (a "Curo Group Member"); (ii) any entity or joint venture company that Curo Places Limited or any other Curo Group Member holds an interest in from time to time; and (iii) any other Social Housing Provider in the UK, from time to time. Curo wish to award a contract for the supply and installation of door entry systems (audio only) across a programme of sheltered sites in the Bath / Bristol and surrounding area. The sites in question are home to vulnerable residents and the solution must be sympathetic to their needs. The programme contains a total of 10 schemes and Curo are looking for a single contractor to de-commission the existing legacy door entry system; supply and install a new replacement solution.
