(Please note, if the 5th November falls on a Sunday, the event will take place on the Saturday 4th November) This extraordinary annual event has an exciting new display theme every year and is always very popular. This tradition has been held in Crowborough for years and is seen as an important part of the Crowborough Town Council's events programme. The event itself attracts up to 10.000 people from all over Crowborough covering all ages and backgrounds. The event is greatly valued by young families, and it really sets the scene for the beginning of the festive season.
Crowborough Town Council is seeking quotes for the designing the Fireworks installation as well as the running of the Fireworks display, on the 5th November at the Towns Fireworks night. The contract will be awarded for a period of three commencing 2023.

This tradition has been held in Crowborough for years and is seen as an important part of the Christmas fair event as well as marking the beginning of the Christmas celebrations. The event itself attracts over 1000 people from all over Crowborough covering all ages and backgrounds. The event also creates a great space for local business to showcase their products and services. The event is greatly valued by young families, and it really sets the scene for the beginning of the festive season.
Crowborough Town Council is seeking quotes for the hire, installation/dismantling, and maintenance for the festive lights for the town. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years commencing 2023.
The installation of the lights will be within November before the light switch on event. They will remain in place until January.

Crowborough Town Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to construct a non-denominational contemplation building for Summersales Burial Ground.
The works have been fully detailed by Cemetery Development Services Ltd, which has also been appointed to administer the building contract.
The burial ground is not yet open to the public and part of the site car park will be available for use as compound area by the contractor for the duration of the works.

Crowborough Town Council manages and maintains two cemeteries across Crowborough. Our Summersales cemetery is a newly constructed site which includes areas for both natural burials and traditional burials. The site hosts a large car park and, a spine road leading up to a turning circle around the contemplation building. Various footpaths are encircling the burial areas for visitors to explore the site.
The Council wishes to tender a bespoke training package to provide its in-house grounds maintenance team with the skills and knowledge to competently lay resin bound surfacing on both tarmac/ concrete and compacted stone. The Council would as part of this training, require that sufficient materials and equipment be provided as part of the tender for laying resin bound surfaces on all pathways and roadways across the Summersales site.
