Crescent Purchasing Consortium are seeking infomation from suppliers in advance of setting up a Student Transport DPS. The DPS will be used by our members who are predominately from the further education sector. More infomation about CPC can be found here: https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/ The DPS will be split into regional lots and each member will define their specific requirements at call off stage. Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) are seeking information from suppliers in advance of the retender of our Synthetic Sports Facilities framework for use predominantly by the Education Sector, but accessible also by Wider Public Sector organisations across the UK. The current agreement is due to expire on 16/02/2024, and CPC are looking to have the next iteration in place to start on 17/02/2024. The current framework encapsulates within its two lots: Synthetic Sports Facilities Installation and Maintenance & Servicing for Synthetic Sports Facilities. The future lot structure may vary from this in line with what is appropriate for the market. It is not the intention of this framework to cover playground equipment supply or installation, as this is covered by an existing agreement. CPC will be re-tendering the current Paint and Decorating Supplies Framework which is due to expire on the 31/08/2025 with a potential extension. CPC will be utilising the extension till 31/08/2026 The Framework Agreement will be for the supply of a wide range of Paints, emulsions, brushes & other decorating supplies, and the provision of support services. The framework will be open to both manufacturers and resellers that will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with CPC members. CPC will be re-tendering the current Electronic Office Supplies 2023 (Toner and Cartridges) Supplies Framework which is due to expire on the 03/01/2026 with a potential extension. CPC will be utilising the extension till 03/01/2027 The current Framework Agreement will be for the supply of a wide range of of Ink cartridges and toners supplies. The framework will be open to both manufacturers and resellers that will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with CPC members. CPC will be re-tendering the current Sports, Fitness and Play Equipment Framework which is due to expire on 14/05/2027 The current framework scope includes a range of goods and services (but is not limited to) the following areas under the current lot structure: Lot 1: Sports Equipment - Sports equipment and accessories for use in game sports, gymnastics, athletics, strength and resistance, play, health and fitness, testing and measurement, inclusive sports and play, and storage. Lot 2: Commercial Fitness and Gym Equipment - Commercial fitness and gym equipment supply, installation, servicing, and maintenance. Equipment offered includes cardio, strength and resistance, health and fitness, functional fitness, inclusive fitness, and storage. Some suppliers are also able to offer gym fitout and design as a turnkey solution. Lot 3: Playground and Outdoor Gym Equipment - Playground equipment, supply, installation, servicing, and maintenance. Equipment offered includes multi use play systems, obstacle courses, climbing systems, freestanding playground equipment, educational play, inclusive play, outdoor gym resistance, outdoor gym cardio, outdoor gym functional equipment, inclusive outdoor gym equipment.

The current framework agreement can be viewed at: https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/services/frameworks/cashless-payment-solutions The current scope is as follows and is likely to remain broadly the same: Contactless payment systems remove the need to handle cash at the point of sale, improving school epos systems and the customer and user experience, reducing queues, speeding up service, creating value for money for the customer/user, whilst providing full reporting functionality, across a variety of solutions to meet users' diverse needs. Cashless payment systems can be used in a variety of situations in education establishments such as catering operations, retail (bookshops, clothing & school uniforms, stationery), trips & accommodation, tuition fees, gym/sports club memberships, conference centres & event management, libraries, personal lockers, car parking & barrier systems and much more. Cashless payment solutions available through this framework can include card machines terminals (countertop, portable or mobile), point of sale terminals, self-service terminals, customer payment kiosks, receipt printers, scanners, biometric readers, cash drawers, vending interface, smart card readers and visitor management systems.
