The CPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider framework agreement on behalf of Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and School CPC members for the provision of Software Licenses & Associated Services for Academies and Schools for a number of areas as detailed below. Lot 1 – Microsoft Lot 2 – Adobe Lot 3 – Google for Education and Chrome OS Lot 4 –Data Security, Backup and Recovery (excluding Microsoft, Adobe, Google and Chrome Software) Lot 5 - Other Off The Shelf Software including Educational Software Lot 6 – Multi-Purpose Lot (For Lots 1-5)

This is a retender of the previous framework agreement under the same name, which was tendered in 2018. This framework will be available to all Educational Establishments who are CPC members https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php and all future members https://www.get-information-schools.service.gov.uk/. The CPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider framework agreement on behalf of CPC members for the provision of Temporary and Permanent Staffing for a number of areas as detailed below. The Framework Agreement will be split into 16 lots as follows: Lot 1 – East Anglia Lot 2 – East Midlands Lot 3 – London Lot 4 – Northern Ireland Lot 5 – North East Lot 6 – North West Lot 7 – Scotland Lot 8 – South East Lot 9 – South West Lot 10 – Wales Lot 11 – West Midlands Lot 12 – Yorkshire Lot 13 - National Lot 14 – Neutral Vendor Lot 15 – Managed Service Lot 16 - Education Vendor Management System (VMS) The supply of Temporary and Permanent Staffing framework agreement is open to both recruitment providers and technology providers that will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with CPC members. Open to CPC members and the wider public sector.

The purpose of this tender is to procure a sole Master Vendor Leasing Advisory Service to work alongside CPC to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for leasing services. The Advisor will work with CPC during the life of the DPS providing advice and support to both CPC and our members.

The framework will provide access to a comprehensive range of Cashless Payment Solutions. It is being established to meet the needs of Crescent Purchasing Consortium Members, http://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php and is also open for use by all contracting authorities across the public sector throughout the UK (and any future successors to these organisations). These include (but not limited to) central government departments and agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies, Local Authorities, Police Authorities, Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Hospices, Registered Charities, National Parks and Registered Social Landlords. The Framework Agreement will be split into 9 lots as follows: Lot 1 – Financial Management Software Lot 2 – Human Resource Software Lot 3 – Payroll System Software Lot 4 – Multi-Purpose Lot for Lots 1 -3 Lot 5 – Management Information Systems (MIS) Lot 6 – Educational Management and Communications Software excluding MIS Lot 7 – Project Management & Resource Planning Software Lot 8 – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Lot 9 – Estates Management Software including CAFM Systems The supply of Corporate Software & Related Products and Services framework agreement is open to both Software Providers and Software Resellers that will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with CPC members. Open to CPC members and the wider public sector.
