Crawley BC and Horsham DC - Traffic Management Services - AWARD
Crawley Borough Council and Horsham District Council invite tenders for the provision of traffic management services. This tender process is split into two separate Lots by Council, each with differing requirements . Bidders may submit a tender for one or both Lots. Lot A: Crawley Borough Council - Provision of traffic management services within the Crawley Borough to ensure that the Council's operatives can safely carry out litter cleansing, street sweeping, and grass cutting duties along high speed roads. Crawley Borough Council has mainly required mobile traffic management services on the A23 and A2220 high speed dual carriageways in the past; however, this is not exclusive of any other roads or types of traffic management measures that might be required during the contract term.
Lot B: Horsham District Council - Provision of traffic management services within the Horsham District to ensure that the Council's operatives can safely carry out litter cleansing duties along high speed roads. Horsham District Council has mainly required lane closures, stop and go works, and mobile traffic management services on the A24 and A264 high-speed dual carriageways, and the A272 and A264 high-speed single carriageway in the past; however, this is not exclusive of any other roads or types of traffic management measures that might be required during the contract term.
The Councils are procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. Each Council will be awarding one Contract to the winning bidder for their Lot to provide all services detailed in the Specification, including any additional requirements relevant to their Lot. Each Council will enter into separate contracts and contract management arrangements with the winning bidder(s).
Crawley Borough Council ("the Council") invites tenders for the provision of Consultancy to develop a Detailed Feasibility Study (DFS) in respect of Phase 2 of Crawley's District Heat Network and a Detailed Project Development Stage DPD) as set out in these documents.
The provisional Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 11 April 2022. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 1 year and 11 weeks until 30th June 2023. Horsham District Council- Further Competition Ref: FC1665 via YPO Framework 000960 Purchase, Hire and Lease of Specialist Vehicles and Associated Services Lot 3; Purchase of Compact Sweepers on behalf of Horsham District Council- Lot B:2 x Compact Sweeper

Crawley Borough Council - Property Partnering Consultancy Services - AWARD
Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Partnering Consultancy services across the following disciplines, split into separate Lots:
Lot A - CDM Principal Designer
Lot B - Civil Engineering
Lot C - Clerk of Works
Lot D - Drainage & Flood Alleviation
Lot E - Quantity Surveying
Lot F - Structural Engineering
The Council intends to award the Contract to one organisation per Lot, with no limit on the amount of Lots which can be tendered for or awarded to the same organisation. It is anticipated that the contract for each Lot will commence on 1st September 2022. The duration of the Contract for each Lot will be three years, with an option to extend for two further years subject to satisfactory performance.
The contract will be administered and primarily used by Crawley Borough Council, but is being tendered to allow other public bodies which the Council works in partnership with to access the agreement. The following public bodies will be named in the contract, however there is no guarantee that any organisation other than Crawley Borough Council will access the contract:

CBC, MSDC, HDC and MVDC - Tender for Public Sector Asset Valuations - AWARD
Crawley Borough Council, Mid Sussex District Council. Horsham District Council & Mole Valley District Council are inviting tenders for the provision of asset valuations for financial reporting purposes. The authority will require over a five-year period its whole property portfolio to be valued in accordance with the Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the United Kingdom (The Code) which incorporates the international Financial Reporting Standards.
The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 1st October 2022 at 00:00 hours for Crawley Borough Council, Mid Sussex District Council and Horsham District Council. The commencement date for Mole Valley District Council is 1st December 2022 (as they have an existing contract in place). The Contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years until 30th September 2027.
