This framework is for the provision of residential placements for children and young people. We want to engage with the market to hear directly from providers, in a face to face format, on how we develop it. This engagement event will be to help us design key features of our new framework in collaboration with providers. Current Residential Providers - Please join us at this event to hear more about the retendering of West Midlands Provision of Residential Placements for Children Framework later this year. Strategic and operational commissioners from across the regions Children's Services and Trusts will be in attendance, alongside colleagues from the West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative. If you wish to join this event, please paste the following link into your internet browser: https://myaccount.coventry.gov.uk/service/Event_bookings The event will consist of presentations from key regional Local authority and Health colleagues as well as encompassing smaller breakout discussions around key topics that are associated with this tender. The West Midlands Commissioning Hub and all 14 local authorities from across the region are keen to hear your views so that these can be considered and fed into the development of specifications and the broader document suite in relation to the tender. Each provider can identify up to 2 representatives from your organisation to attend. It is suggested that these should be at senior organisational leadership and management level rather than individual residential operational employees. A full agenda will be distributed to attendees that have signed up prior to the event in w/c 20th May For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and the Council is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. Participation or non-participation in the pre-procurement market engagement process shall not prevent any supplier participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the pre-procurement process shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation in the pre-procurement market engagement procurement process will be at each supplier's own cost. No expense in responding to this process will be reimbursed by the Council. This is not a call for competition. Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
