The scope of the Contract is the provision of Legal Services. There are 3 separate lots Lot 1
Governance, Human Resources and Security Charging Lot 2 - Housing Services Lot 3
Development and Assets There is no restriction on the number of lots Bidders can bid for.
The procurement will be undertaken in accordance with Section 8 of the Public Contracts
Regulations 2015 – Social and Other Specific Services (the Light Touch Regime).
The scope of the Contract is the provision of audit services. The Contract is divided into 2 Lots.
Lot 1 - internal audit Services
Lot 2 - external audit services
The Contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at Cottsway’s discretion for a further 2 years, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
The Contract will commence in January 2025.
Bidders may bid for both Lots. Bidders shall note that Cottsway cannot award Lot 1 and Lot 2 to the same Bidder. Therefore, Bidders who are bidding for both Lots are required to state their first and second preference out of Lot 1 and Lot 2. If the same Bidder achieves the highest scoring bid for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 it will be awarded its preferred Lot, and the Bidder that submitted the second highest scoring bid for the other Lot will be awarded that Lot.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide software development, data analytics, and reporting services. This contract will provide us with ongoing access to technical resource and expertise to deliver systems development, automation, and data reporting as required.
The successful organisation will act as an extension of our internal IT and Projects team, providing a responsive and flexible service. We expect to be able to raise requests, discuss requirements directly with an account or project manager or technical resource, and have access to a pool of skilled technical professionals to deliver the necessary work in a timely manner.
This tender is being issued to procure an organisation to provide these services under a managed arrangement. The contract will include both planned development activity and reactive support aligned to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The successful organisation will be able to provide all essential requirements and as many of the desirable requirements as possible.
The initial term of this contract will be 24 months with an option to extend a further 12 months subject to review and agreement by both parties.

Cottsway Housing wish to appoint an experienced Asset Management system provider to record, manage and store all their Asset data as well as enable, through the use of data interpretation and analysis, repairs and refurbishment programmes to be developed, managed and recorded. The successful supplier will support the virtual management and storage of all Cottsway Asset Data.

Cottsway Housing Association are looking to appoint one or more providers to deliver their Insurance and related services for Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks.
The programme will require Insurance and related services for risks that may include but not be limited to: property damage and business interruption, employers, public, products and property owners liability, business combined/office, money, all risks, computer, contract works, group personal accident and employment practices liability. This list is to be decided at the sole discretion of Cottsway Housing Association.
Suppliers will be required to have the financial ability to deliver the programme, Including Insurers with a minimum rating of ‘A-‘ from Standard and Poor, AM Best, or an equivalent rating by an independent and reputable credit rating agency and approved by the bidder’s market security committee.
Suppliers will be assessed but not limited to the following high level criterion:
- The ability to provide the Contracting Authority with a choice of suitable insurers and/or suitable cover options
- A skilled and competent service team, being Client Relationship Management, Insurance Claims management, Insurance Broking / underwriting and insurable risk managers
- The delivery of quality service to the Contracting Authority and our clients, including that provided to us by any third-party contractor employed by you or by the Insurer(s) you propose
