This RFQ seeks suppliers with the capability to deliver loft insulation works that meet modern performance standards and comply with relevant retrofit requirements. The programme will focus on enhancing thermal efficiency through the installation or top-up of loft insulation, reducing heat loss and improving resident comfort.

Community Housing is procuring a single provider to deliver a comprehensive Extra Care service across its Worcestershire schemes. The contract covers the delivery of regulated personal care, emergency and unplanned response, medication support, and wellbeing-focused interventions for adults aged 55+ living in Extra Care housing. The Provider will maintain a 24/7 onsite presence at each scheme, delivering planned care in line with individual support plans and responding to emergencies within required timescales. The service includes full responsibility for safe medication support in accordance with local policy, including prompting, assisting, and administering medication, accurate MAR recording, and escalation of concerns. The Provider must ensure a trained and competent workforce, meeting all mandatory training, Care Certificate, supervision, and competency requirements set out in the training and care standards brief. The contract also requires effective collaboration with Community Housing’s scheme staff, Worcestershire County Council, and health professionals to support continuity of care, safeguarding, risk management, and resident wellbeing. The provider must operate in line with CQC regulatory requirements for personal care, maintain accurate records, and support a culture of safety, dignity, and independence. TUPE will apply to the incoming workforce. It should be noted that Community Housing are the organisation carrying out this procurement and have been given authority to do so by Worcestershire County Council. The eventual contract subsequent from this tender will have Worcestershire County Council as the Client. However this contract is for Extra Care Services currently delivered by Community Housing only, not the wider care provision in the council area.

experienced suppliers for the provision of vehicles and associated flexible fleet services
under this four-year, multi supplier framework.
This framework seeks to offer the benefits of a flexible vehicle hire solution that can react to
legislative and other operating context changes, incorporating the flexibility of a rental
model whilst competing with the total cost of ownership of a fixed-term contract hire/lease
arrangement. The framework will provide additional services to support the fleet operation

This framework seeks to offer the benefits of bespoke rooftop developments that create the provision of additional dwellings. The framework will provide additional services to support other rooftop developments. The framework is to operate across England and Wales and will be open to all UK public sector bodies to access via a Joining Agreement between WCH, the supplier and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who WCH has appointed to administer the framework on its behalf. The framework will comprise of 5 lots.

The Provider shall provide a catering service to provide 60 residents with a lunchtime meal option, comprising of two-courses and hot drink. The meal provision is a condition of the tenancy agreement for the Service Users. This means a minimum fixed income for the service provider which is payable by the client.
The Services are to be provided seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.
Service Users will be able to use the Services during the following hours 12 noon -2pm.
Planned Maintenance Works to be called off from Lot 1 of the Red Kite Planned Maintenance Framework, tendered in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contract Regulations. This is a call off contract and works are not guaranteed.
Nottingham Community Housing Association ('NCHA') sought expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the delivery of responsive repairs works across its entire stock in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire (circa 10,400 units). The contract was awarded to a single Service Provider under a 10-year TPC Measured Term Contract (with a schedule of amendments) with the option to extend by up to a further five years. The value of the Contract awarded was c. £75m, but additional optional works in scope may be included at a later stage.
