Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is procuring a 3-year contract (with option to extend 1 year) for the supply of branded and unbranded uniforms and PPE, valued at approximately £200,000 (incl. VAT) over the full term, to support around 160 trade colleagues (plumbing, joinery, gas, electrical, roofing, brickwork, plastering, painting, grounds maintenance, mobile cleaning, tree work, surveying) and other WCHG teams. The requirement includes provision of a core uniform list (coats, bodywarmers, trousers, sweatshirts, T-shirts, polo shirts, hi-vis vests, hats, boots, knee pads), application of embroidered or printed WCHG branding, and sizing packs for key garments. Ordering must be via an online portal with individual accounts, annual budget allocations, approval workflows for overspend, and functionality for managers to bulk order for specific teams and for other departments to place ad hoc branded orders. Deliveries are to Greenwood Road Depot or to Wythenshawe House, with new starter kits supplied as full bundles and all items delivered within 5 working days. Orders must be individually packed and invoiced clearly, with the supplier providing performance reporting (order history, budget authorisations, garment volumes) and meeting KPIs for delivery timeliness, accuracy, and defect rates.

This Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice relates to the extension of the existing Insurance Provision contract. Having sought advice, to meet our statutory regulatory requirements as a Registered Social Landlord, these public contracts shall be modified and awarded under Regulation 72 (1) (c) utilising the Modification of contracts during their term “by circumstances Prospect Community Housing (PCH) could not have foreseen”. SCH Stores & Purchasing Department are required to purchase a various range of AKW products and equipment for two main SCH internal service areas which are D.T.D and Minor Adaptational Departments, for the use in scheduled adaptational installation works based on assessments conducted by either SMBC, NHS, SCH occupational therapist (OT) and various general maintenance and repairs requirements of previous works carried out through these services. AKW products and equipment are primarily used throughout all of the SMBC housing stock in relation to the installation of adaptation solutions for bathrooms, showers and kitchens, therefore it would be in the best interest for SCH and the customers to continue to install like for like AKW products and equipment, when conduction the various general maintenance and repairs are required. This process will maximise efficiencies in allow installations to be carried in a timely fashion 'first time/first visit', customer satisfaction and minimise any further inconvenience to the customers.

Red Kite Community Housing have appointed a single supplier for the provision of Tree Maintenance Services to our land and other areas under our ownership within High Wycombe and surrounding areas.

Works will involve the Re-roofing(complete) and chimney works as well as soffit, fascia and guttering renewal to residential properties across the Wythenshawe area

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) provide homes for over 29,000 people across 14,000 properties in Wythenshawe, South Manchester. WCHG has procured and intend to enter into contract for the servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs of fire safety and refuge equipment. The equipment covered is as follows: Automatic smoke ventilation Disabled refuge systems Dry risers Emergency lighting Fire detection and alarm systems Portable fire appliances Sprinkler systems

The core delivery requirement will be an unintrusive door survey to communal doors to offices and residential buildings.
