Perton Parish Council are inviting tenders for the creation of allotments, within the Parish of Perton, the area is currently open grassland. The site will already have perimeter fencing and car parking. Water and electricity will be installed to the edge of the site.
Tenders must include, but not limited to the following:
Creation of pathways, marking plots also creation of raised beds and composting toilet.
Tenders should be submitted on the tender document attached and received no later 5pm on Wednesday 23rd November 2022. Late returns will not be considered. The supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for preparation of the tender submission. All costs, expenses and liabilities by the supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the form of tender and pricing schedule shall be borne by the supplier.
Tenders should be a hard copy, by post only and clearly marked 'Perton Jubilee Allotments'. It is anticipate that this project will commence as soon as a contractor is appointed.

Perton Parish Council invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the installation of Solar PV Panels and associated equipment at Perton Civic Centre, Church Road, Perton, South Staffordshire WV6 7PD.
The aim is to maximise the available East/West roof space on the building and therefore maximising the amount of electricity generated. As part of the tender we request tenders to include whole and partial roof, as this may have to be completed in stages. Consideration also for battery storage system and associated works.
If, as part of this tender, you deem that maximising the roof space is not suitable nor viable, please provide an explanation and a tender for the Solar PV system that suitably generates the electrical requirements of the building.
