Purpose of this Expression of Interest: The Commonwealth Secretariat seeks to hear from suppliers who are interested in providing a Commonwealth Event Management Application to support the Secretariat's meetings and events. ** THIS NOTICE IS FOR PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT PURPOSES ONLY ** The Commonwealth Secretariat (Secretariat)is an intergovernmental organisation whose mission is to support member governments, and partner with the broader Commonwealth family and others, to improve the well-being of all Commonwealth citizens and to advance their shared interests globally. The Secretariat are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in an IT Managed Service project that will be tendered later this year. The aim of the service includes: The Secretariat relies heavily on the use of Information Technology for the delivery of its services, and the ICT Data and Analytics section is charged with the role of ensuring that the existing office and associated systems are fully functional at all times, thereby contributing to staff productivity and improving the quality of the Secretariat's output. The Secretariat now seeks a competent firm to provide managed consultancy and ticket resolution services. The services will be required on an ad hoc basis and primarily when the ICT team is short-staffed, does not have the requisite skills to implement specific work packages, or as part of ongoing projects. 1. Infrastructure to be covered o Microsoft Office 365 o Microsoft Azure o VoIP telephony o Microsoft Dynamics o Manage Engine o Intune MDM o SOPHOS, CISCO, and HP Networking equipment o Hyper V virtualised equipment and SANs 2. Specialists Service Details and Working Arrangements o 3rd line support to be provided by certified engineers through email, telephone, and Instant Messaging for the infrastructure services to be agreed upon. The supplier should charge per person per hour. o Onsite Support: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to be provided when necessary for the infrastructure housed at Marlborough and Commonwealth House.
