The CNC is seeking to award a Contract for the provision of Police Driving Training and Trainer Training. To enable it to put in place a contract with a number of Police Forces for the provision of Police 'driver 'training in line with the College of Policing Roads Policing and Police Driver Learning Programme (RPPDLP) and Authorised Professional Practice Standard (APP), and any amendments to those standards during the potential contract life of 8 years.
The contract will be with multiple Police Forces (maximum 5) to ensure the CNC can abstract its officers deconflicting against operational deployment and planned training schedules, to also cater for the geographical spread of CNC sites.
The Contract shall be for five (5) years with the option to extend for a further three (3) years 1+1+1 at the agreement of both parties and provided that the CNC is satisfied with the performance of the Provider. The Contract term is intended to be 01/04/2022 to 31/03/2027, maximum extension date 31/03/2030.
This tender will be using Schedule 3 Social and Other Specific Services.
All Tenderers must be an UK Police Force.
CNC is looking for one supplier for a SIAM, Service Desk and SOC
contract.
This is a mini competition under CCS Framework RM6100 Technology 3 and is only open to suppliers on BOTH lots 5 and 3a of RM6100.
Potential Providers not on both lots cannot bid for this opportunity.

Civil Nuclear Constabulary are looking to award a new contract to a single supplier via a mini competition on Framework RM6182 Lot 3 for a replacement Employee Assistance Programme.
The supplier shall produce a plan in conjunction with the CNC to transport Officers safely and effectively to and from locations that are to be specified. The plan should include:
• locations for transporting Officers to and from
• timetable(s) of arrival and departure point where possible
• route plans
• central pick-up point including back up options in the event of a cordon scenario
• details of accommodation availability, locations and types, non- availability
• all the above maybe amended and updated during an invocation
The supplier shall provide a website to be able to be accessible to all the CNC staff with full transport and accommodation plans and timetables available for download.
This website shall be updated regularly to ensure that the most up to date information possible is available to the Customer's personnel.
The supplier shall provide a 24/7 365 service desk to receive and process any call(s) and request(s) for transportation and accommodation in the event of a Disaster and or Threat.
On receiving a request from the CNC, the supplier shall clarify:
• Whether the caller is an authorised user
• Details of the incident
• Number of Officers involved
• Number of vehicles required
• Number of rooms required
In accordance with the specified requirement(s) the supplier shall then assign sufficient:
• vehicles
• accommodation
The Civil Nuclear Constabulary are running a mini competition under Framework RM6188 for Lot 1 Internal Audit and Assurance services, Lot 3 Counter Fraud and investigation services and Lot 4 Other independent assurance services. Suppliers can bid for 1 or more Lots. Start date of this contract would be 01.04.2023.
