Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (“The Council”) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Keyworking elements of its Families First Programme as detailed in the Contract documents and upon the terms and conditions contained in the attached Conditions of Contract.
The aim is to provide a dedicated key working delivery service through the Team Around the Family model to:
- Flying Start families (attributed to the Flying Start element)
- Non Flying Start families, with children aged 0-18 (attributed to the Families First element including part of the ring-fenced disability allocation) up to the age of 25
Multiply is a new up to GBP559 million programme to help transform the lives of adults across the UK, by improving their functional numeracy skills through free personal tutoring, digital training, and flexible courses.
Merthyr Tydfil is offering opportunities to community partners to deliver interventions within its Multiply and Shared Prosperity Funding which is currently in place until 31st March 2025. The following opportunities are broken into specified Lots correlating to the national Multiply interventions.
Applications from partnerships that build upon the individual existing expertise of community based organisations will be welcomed.

Introduction
Warminster Town Council invites tenders for the supply of a 7.5-tonne road sweeper. The sweeper will be utilized for routine road and pavement cleaning to maintain cleanliness and support the Council's commitment to providing a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.

Warminster Town Council is seeking tenders as to the cost of employing a contractor to carry out road sweeping in Warminster. We are seeking tenders for the following;
Roads to be swept twice a week, 52 weeks a year. Ideally on a Monday and Friday but with at least 2 days between any sweeping.
Circa 5km of town centre roads (Shown in red)
Five car parks (Central, Western, Chinn's Court, Emwell Street, Weymouth Street)
Circa 23km of arterial routes (Shown in Blue)
Circa 111km of roads to be swept 4 times a year (the estate roads). These should be swept each quarter.
Warminster is a growing town and additional houses are being added at a rate of about 100 per year.
The contractor would be responsible for the disposal of waste and all other associated costs.
The tender should include an outline programme of works/schedule.
Tenders should give an indication of what size sweeper would be used.
The tender should cover a period of 5 years, starting at the beginning of August 2025.
Companies are invited to submit all-inclusive tenders for the service outlined above.
Tenders should be returned to The Town Clerk by Friday 13th December 2024.
