The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of a mass notification system for a period of 36 months, with the option to extend for 2 x 12 months.
The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of a communication app which can communicate with students, parents and alumni. The app will primarily be used as a communication tool to push messages out to users and a place for users to access services and find information.
The successful supplier will create an app which can be adapted for different user types. The app needs to integrate with current systems as detailed in the minimum requirements and support the delivery of key activity – such as delivery of exam results.
The College group currently uses a JAMF Pro service provided by DataJar to manage approximately 175 macOS devices and is looking to tender for a suitable continuation or replacement service. The service must support teaching, learning, assessment, and administrative use of Apple devices and be suitable for a mixed student, staff, and shared-device environment.
The College wish to establish an Open Framework of suitable providers to deliver training and education on its behalf in England during academic years starting 2026/27.
The College have a requirement to contract for the provision of Lift Maintenance.
Servicing Only provision
Include (but not limited to) scheduled servicing and planned preventative maintenance. An additional rate card to be provided to include (but not limited to) call outs, parts and labour for reactive maintenance.
