The City of Lincoln Council are seeking to procure a Fleet Maintenance Service Provider. There are a total of 78 vehicles and the range of vehicles required to be maintained is:
• Light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
• Commercial vehicles 3.5 tonnes and above
• Passenger motor vehicles and cars
• Converted vehicles
The scope of services required will include all fleet repairs, maintenance and servicing requirements including planned and responsive repairs as well as repairs relating to accident damage, vandalism, theft, or driver negligence

The supply, and supply and fit of certified timber fire door sets.
The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to supply, and to supply and fit, certified timber fire door sets. The property to be serviced within this contract is under the ownership and/or management of The Council. All property is located within the boundaries of the City of Lincoln. \r
The scope of works will include:\r
- The supply only of certified timber fire door sets including solid doors and partially glazed doors\r
- The supply and fit of certified timber fire door sets including solid doors and partially glazed doors\r
- The supply of a full range of spare parts for the above doors\r
The Contract will be let for an initial period of 3 years intended to commence on 1st July 2024 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years up to a maximum contract period of 7 years. There is no guarantee as to the number of works orders that will be passed to the Service Provider each year.
The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a contractor to deliver design and build services for the development of the Jasmin Green site for the provision of council housing and associated infrastructure. The scheme will be delivered in line with the City of Lincoln Council specification for new build homes appended to this document. \r

The Contract will commence 1st May 2025 and will be split into two elements with a break option in between. The first element will be in respect of a feasibility/preconstruction contract and the second the construction/defects liability phases. Whilst it is the Council's aspiration to move forward with this development, it is subject to a number of factors being satisfied, such as but not limited to, cost viability of the scheme, funding being available, satisfactory performance of the successful contractor. It is anticipated that the contract will commence 1st May 2025, and we would expect that the initial preconstruction stage (including Planning Approval) to cease by 28th February 2026. The construction stage will then commence from 1st March 2026. \r

The contract scope includes but is not limited to:\r

• Preconstruction survey works\r
• Design works and planning application\r
• Delivery of around 50 good quality new council owned homes which meet EPC A rating\r
• Associated infrastructure including roads, drainage, play space and amenity space\r
• Maximise biodiversity net gain on the scheme where possible\r
The works include Fire Compartmentation works to predominantly tenant occupied Social Housing properties that are owned and/or managed by the Employer within the Contract Area. The contract is let on a JTC measured term basis for 1 year with the option to extend the contract of up to a further 1 x 2 year period and a further 1 x 1 year period upto 30th June 2029, at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer, with no volume or workflow guarantee.
The underlying contract is awarded via a Direct Award from Lot 21B (Fire Compartmentation Work) from the EN:Procure GEN4 Installation, Repairs & Maintenance Framework
The works include Fire Door Supply & Installation works to predominantly tenant occupied Social Housing properties that are owned and/or managed by the Employer within the Contract Area. The contract is let on a JTC measured term basis for 1 year with the option to extend the contract of up to a further 1 x 2 year period and a further 1 x 1 year period upto 30th June 2029, at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer, with no volume or workflow guarantee.
The underlying contract is awarded via a Direct Award from Lot 22B (Fire Door Installation & Maintenance Work) from the EN:Procure GEN4 Installation, Repairs & Maintenance Framework
City of Lincoln Council-Fire Risk Assessment Services
City of Lincoln Council (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Fire Risk Assessments for properties owned/managed by the client up to 3 years period with an option to extend further 3 years on sole discretion of the Client.
The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-13 Fire Risk Assessor services (FRA) as per Client MEAT assessment.
The Contract will commence on 1st October 2025 with completion date on 30th September 2031.
The Employer Asbestos Surveys (including Air Monitoring) to their housing stock (predominately tenant occupied properties) as instructed by the Employer to be carried out in (the "Contract Area"). The Contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term, with 3 options to extend for 2 years each up to 31.10.33. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders between £0 - £120000.00 per annum will be issued under this contract.
This underlying contract is awarded via a direct award from Lot 2 - Asbestos Survey Services of the EN:Procure GEN4 Asbestos, Demolition and Water Hygiene Framework.
The appointment of a preferred provider by direct award to deliver outdoor and indoor leisure
centre provision at Yarborough Leisure Centre and Birchwood Leisure Centre Lincoln. The
award will be for a period of 24 months with effect from 1st July 2025 with the option to
extend by one further period of 12 months.
