City of Glasgow College requires in-class support through the provision of non-medical person help (NMPH) due to increased requirements. This is inclusive of day, weekend and evening students.
The College’s Marketing Department develops, implements and evaluates strategic marketing activities to position and promote City of Glasgow College locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
The main focus of this activity is student recruitment, supporting commercial income generation, and building brand awareness with key audience groups.
To support the College’s in-house team in delivering their marketing strategy, they are seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Partner to work with their in-house team to deliver on college priority areas.
Programme delivery services for a Regional No-Code pilot programme to support new business models by existing businesses and the establishment of new innovative business ventures.
Services include:
Identify and recruit Trainees to the Saudi Tourism Programmes on behalf of COGC
Identify and through screening allocate the most appropriate training pathway for each Trainee
Manage all in country communications with UAU
Co-ordinate and manage all Trainees group communications
Arrange staff and transportation for airport transfers (UK airport to hotel, return)
Manage day to day arrangements with hotel accommodation for all Trainees including room allocation
Provide on-site coordinators in Glasgow offering 24/7 support to Trainees
Accompany Student Groups on site visits and cultural visits
Manage the welfare of Trainees
Main emergency contact for Trainees

City of Glasgow College is looking to procure a Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The purpose of this project is to purchase a platform, which can provide cutting-edge, blended learning opportunities for employees, which are accessible anywhere, anytime and on any device. The LXP must have robust record storage capability and features for tracking, profiling and reporting on individual and group learning. It must also provide booking functionality for in-person and virtual learning arrangements. This project will support the operational and strategic objectives of City of Glasgow College through Organisational Development activities. The project will enable the Organisational Development team to ‘Let Learning Flourish’ through inspiring, innovative and excellent learning opportunities for all employees, hosted on a purpose-built platform. The LXP will provide an engaging learning space and support City of Glasgow College on its continuous improvement journey.
The Digital Marketing for Practitioners programme provides a fully supported, online digital marketing programme that increases confidence & capabilities in implementing digital marketing, whilst also providing certification.
