Construction of a new primary school with external car parks, access roads and hard & soft landscaping.
The new school, on the former Sunningdale School site, is a mix of single storey and two storey elements, tucked between the existing car park and playground.
The single storey wing houses the entrance reception, nursery, sport hall, studio, practical kitchen and school kitchen and plant room, the two storey wing houses teaching spaces which all have direct access to the external play spaces.
External works include rejuvenation of retained playground and car park, swale/SuDs areas, and creation of new play areas/MUGA and
sports pitch.
Proposed sports pitch to be established early within construction process and protected during build for immediate use on School occupation.
There may be a requirement to accommodate the School's ICT installation Contractor within the contract programme.
This will be a single stage selective tender based on full RIBA 4 design information with selected CDPs and full Bill of Quantities.
