Choice Housing Ireland are currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with suitably qualified contractor for the provision of office and scheme cleaning works and waste management services.
Requirements include: Cleaning services • General Needs, Sheltered and Supported Housing Developments – Duties include cleaning of communal areas including entrances, hallways, corridors, lifts, driveways and paths. • Office cleaning. Waste services • Waste/bin store area upkeep, tidiness and general hygiene management. • Bin presentation and return for council removal. • Ad-hoc waste services to include removal of bulk items. • Industrial cleaning services.
Prior to initiating the procurement Choice wish to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process.
Choice is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to award an arrangement for the provision of a new Finance System.
The group wishes to engage with suppliers through the process of a Pre-Market Engagement.

provide suppliers with an initial awareness of the planned tender opportunity and business requirement;
gain insight to the current market;
provide Choice with confidence around deliverability and implementation;
inform the procurement strategy;
prepare the market for the forthcoming procurement;
ensure that the procurement and contract are attractive to the market and encourage competition.

Choice Housing Ireland wish to engage the services of two suitably experienced and competent service providers to carry out Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), provide fire safety advice, fire strategies and carry out ad-hoc fire safety investigations in accordance with the Group’s legislative, policy and procedural obligations.
