Joint Procurement - Chelmsford City Council & Uttlesford District Council
This will be an open procedure and all documents are available via Delta eSourcing. The Contract period will initially be for 3 years with an optional extra 2, 12 month extension periods.
Both Councils are looking to procure security services for different services and events within the council. This will also include ad hoc call outs and parking stewards for events.
The procurement will be split into 2 lots, separating services and requirements for each council.

Chelmsford City Council is tendering on behalf of 3 local authorities for the provision of CCTV Capital Works and/or a maintenance. The procurement process will be an open procedure for the provision of new equipment, including installation and integration with the current system, and the establishment of a maintenance agreement for the current system alongside the maintenance of the enhanced equipment.
