Supply of below goods to CHP:
Lot 1 - Electrical Materials
Lot 2 - Power Tools
Lot 3 - Hand Tools/Consumables
The primary objective of the Contract is to supply CHP with the required goods under each Lot, enabling us to effectively maintain our housing stock of approximately 11,700 properties across Essex and surrounding areas.
Our key aims have been identified as:
• Effective and efficient service for both delivery and collection
• Right first time in completing orders
• Maintenance of sufficient stock levels to supply our requirements
• Proactive contract and account management
• Electronic integration with CHP's ordering and invoicing system
The technology will continue to allow customer review and select available repair slots. Without this technology, customers would no longer be able to book repairs directly and all calls would need to be routed through the CRC.
We wish to commission an external company (the Supplier) to support CHP and Estuary in developing a brand and visual identity for a new merged organisation.
The new organisation is about bringing the best of CHP and Estuary together and the new branding and visual identity should include elements of this legacy, aiming to reflect the similarity of the values of each organisation and to be accessible and inclusive.
Consulting and working with colleagues and customers, the key aim of the contract is to develop a strong brand that reflects the values and vision of the new organisation whilst also providing value for money.
The contract involves remediation and reconstruction measures to enhance fire safety and structural integrity on 11-21 Travers Road and 6-16 Fowler Road, Colchester, Essex. The key elements include facilitating works, deconstruction, and reconstruction.
