Ceredigion County Council is awarding a suitably experienced and qualified design team to develop a comprehensive masterplan for a site in Lampeter. The proposed development will deliver up to nine residential dwellings, associated infrastructure, and a community pump track. The masterplan should carefully balance high-quality residential design, accessibility, and broader community benefits. The site forms part of a larger area designated for housing in the Local Development Plan (H0505). Ceredigion County Council is awarding a contract for the delivery of the Pre-School Referral Schemes, a service that ensures that children and young people with a disability and/or additional needs can access Pre-School Referral Schemes from the term the reach 2 years old to when they reach school age.

Ceredigion County Council is awarding to a suitably qualified and competent Supplier for the supply and delivery of surface dressing chippings.The prices submitted by bidders were calculated using estimated tonnages for the purposes of the tender evaluation only. The actual value will be dependant upon usage, determined by the service and subject to budget availability. Yearly prices will be indexed in accordance with the contract to reflect market pricing. The contract will run from 7th April 2026 to 30th September 2027, with an option to extend for up to 12 months (18 months +12 months), subject to agreement by both parties. The maximum duration of the contract will be 30 months. There is no maximum or minimum value for this contract but it is estimated that average tonnages based on historical usage will be approximately 400 tonnes of 6mm aggregate and 4,000 tonnes of 10mm aggregate per annum. It is estimated that approximately 1,200 tonnes of swept stone will be required to be processed for reuse. The provision of public service bus routes. 8 routes are being tendered. Provision of the public bus routes contracts which are due to expire on 31 August 2023, and 31 December 2023 (408).
