Castles and Coasts Housing Association's (CCHA) wishes to procure the services of a competent contractor to undertake the renewal (275nr) and repairs (107nr) of fire doors at their sheltered housing schemes as part of their planned compliance programme.

CCHA is looking to procure the services of a suitably competent contractor to undertake the renewal of approximate 40 timber fire door sets at one of our leasehold sheltered housing schemes, as part of our planned compliance programme. The scope of works includes the replacement of approx. 40 fire door sets including frames, linings, and furniture at: Trinity Court, Whitehaven

CCHA is looking to procure the services of a suitably competent contractor to undertake installation of commercial boilers. The service includes all works required to complete the installation up to expected standards as part of our planned compliance programme. The works will be required at the following CCHA locations: 1) Castle Close, Whickham; 2) Tindal Drive, Whickham; 3) Catherine Mill, Whitehaven. Bids can be placed for individual or all locations. Please ensure it is clearly specified which location you are bidding for. It is possible that, if successful, the same contractor might be awarded work at two or three locations as specified.

CCHA is looking to appoint a UKAS Third Party Accredited contractor to carry out: • Fire Compartmentation Surveys, • Passive Fire Protection, • Timber Fire Door Maintenance, • Timber Fire Door Installations, • Composite Fire Door Installations, • and other Fire Safety related maintenance works as part of our planned compliance programme.

CCHA is looking to procure the services of a suitably competent supplier to undertake cleaning services across CCHA stock, at both office locations and in residential properties. CCHA is looking to achieve a consistent approach to service delivery, which delivers value for money and high cleaning standards regardless of location or delivery method

CCHA is looking to procure the services of a suitably competent contractor to undertake the installation of the domestic fire detection and fire alarm systems at Catherine Mill, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 7QP and Dickinson Court, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 7AS. This service includes all activities leading to handover and successful verification. Please note this Tender is for two separate lots: Catherine Mill and Dickinson Court. When biding please ensure it is clearly specified which lot you are bidding for.
