Term Contract for the Maintenance, Servicing & Reactive Repairs to Central Plant and Renewable Installations 2026
Generally, the service will comprise the servicing, maintenance and 24/7 reactive repairs to oil & gas fired central plant serving communal heating installations; Air source heat pumps; ground source heat pumps; and NIBE Exhaust Air systems for domestic dwellings together with the heating systems within the individual Tenants properties throughout Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire and Moray.
