Cartrefi Conwy Cyfyngedig is preparing to undertake a procedure to replace their current EHS Service with a new provider. To inform this, the organisation has engaged with a number of suppliers delivering these solutions within the Welsh housing sector to understand capabilities and features available in the marketplace. This information has been used to inform the requirements for the new system and identify appropriate routes to market.
