The nature of works to be undertaken through this project comprise:-
• The installation, upgrading and replacement of domestic gas, solid fuel and electric heating installations;
• Gas servicing and maintenance;
• Solid fuel servicing and maintenance.
• Legionella testing, monitoring and remedial works
All works will be undertaken within the district of Cannock Chase. The majority of work will be undertaken to properties within the Council’s rented housing stock. On occasion works may also be instructed to be undertaken to Leasehold properties on the Council owned flatted blocks, Council owned Corporate buildings with domestic grade heating systems, private properties requiring heating system alteration works funded through the Council as a Disabled Facilities Grant and other works where requested via the Council’s Private Sector Housing section.

Cannock Chase District and Stafford Borough Councils are shire districts within the County of Staffordshire.
The Councils have shared a number of services since 2011, including Revenues and Benefits, Finance; ICT, Building Control, Legal Services and Human Resources. From April 2023, the two Councils now share a Chief Executive, Leadership Team and all services excluding those funded by the Housing Revenue Account.
The Councils operate a Hybrid Working Model, whereby most staff split their working time between home and office bases. Some remote work is undertaken by visiting officers from customers' homes or places of work.
Having trialled a Hybrid Mail solution within the shared Revenues and Benefits service, the Councils now seek a long-term provider of this service and so provides this opportunity for suitable providers to tender for either or both of the two Lots.

Cannock Chase Council and Stafford Borough Council, as a shared service, are seeking to appoint a Contractor, via this procurement exercise, to deliver the repair and improvement (where required) of its existing CCTV system.
The range of services to be provided will cover all aspects of the CCTV system; including hardware, software, control room equipment, full camera portfolio and any other ancillary equipment which forms part of the whole system.
The proposed commencement date for the provision of the services is 1 November 2025, for a period of two years, with the option to extend for a further 1 year.

To supply, install, test and commission a new irrigation system as generally detailed to Greens, Approaches, and Tee groups based upon the supplied specification, bill of materials and drawings.
The irrigation Contractor is to visit site and ensure that he can fulfil the
requirements as stated in this document; submission of tender deems this to be the case. No allowance will be made for claims due to failure to examine the enclosed specification and the site.
Where necessary, irrigation Contractors shall design specific elements and acknowledge responsibility for these items, e.g. valve assemblies, pump station and tank arrangement.
The irrigation Contractor will be required to enter into a formal written
contractual agreement with the Client based upon his submission of this document.
Extent of works shall generally be:-

Install new Irrigation mainline, signal cable, and PC based control
system
