CalMac Ferries Ltd are looking to purchase an Asset Management Technology Software Solution to control planned and unplanned maintenance of its vessels and buildings. This will be via a CMMS which must be Type Approved for vessel use.
CalMac Ferries Ltd (CFL) is seeking to award a Framework agreement for the supply, commissioning and testing of Marine Domestic Water Systems. The first planned supply will be for M.V. Clansman with the potential to supply other vessels during the duration of the Framework agreement. The proposed Framework agreement will be for an initial 24-month term with two optional 12-month extensions. These systems supply domestic cold potable water, cold sanitary water and domestic hot water for hotel and sanitary services onboard the vessels.
DMHR has the requirement to establish a Framework with a maximum of three suitably experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of temporary seagoing staff.
Caledonian MacBrayne Ferries Ltd (CalMac) is proposing to replace the two existing marine evacuation systems (MES) on board the MV Finlaggan.
This requirement covers the supply and installation of two marine evacuation systems complete with the required number of spare MES units to support the vessel in the event of failure of either MES in service.
CFL has the requirement to enter into Agreement with Supplier(s) that are suitably experienced and qualified in providing overhaul and maintenance services for marine turbochargers.
CFL would like to award a Framework Agreement to a single supplier for EPIC of replacement ramp systems on the MV LOCH STRIVEN with the option to replace ramps on the MV LOCH FYNE (subject to funding).
The ramp systems are to be engineered, procured, installed and commissioned, and shall meet Classification Society & Flag State requirements.
The design approval from Classification Society and Flag State for the installation is part of the successful suppliers' deliverables

DML HR are seeking to appoint an experienced supplier to deliver expert Leadership Development Coaching for target groups of staff to ensure their development as leaders and managers is continually supported.
CalMac Ferries Ltd requires an external supplier(s) to ensure that all Onboard Lifting Equipment, and Associated Lifting
Accessories are and remain compliant with both legal and contractual requirements.
CFL must ensure that all lifting equipment used onboard the vessels and all associated lifting accessories are fit for purpose.
This will be achieved by conducting mandatory six-monthly, annual, or five-yearly testing as required for the type of equipment.
