Caerphilly County Borough Council has the requirement to re open an existing flexible framework arrangement for the provision of Support at Home.
Please note that this Contract Notice is to inform the market of the tendering opportunity to join the flexible framework for new Service Providers or for existing Service Providers wishing to apply for additional lots to which they are currently awarded to.
The arrangement is a collaborative arrangement with Blaenau Gwent CBC.
The Support at Home arrangement is to deliver Domiciliary Care and Respite at Home for Adults and Children.
The framework is divided into lots, providers can tender for one or more lots.
The Service will support the needs of the following people
Children and Young People (under the age of 18)
Older People
People with Dementia
People with a Learning Disability
People with a Physical and/or Sensory Impairment, including Acquired Brain Injury
People with a Mental Health problem
People with a substance misuse problem
The Service is to be provided within the Individual’s own home, this could mean a home they own, social landlord tenancy, private landlord tenancy, extra care or supported living tenancy.
There can be no guarantee to the amount of work awarded under this framework
It should be noted that the re opening of the arrangement at this time is for lots 1 - Caerphilly Adults, lot 3 Caerphilly Children and lot 4 Blaenau Gwent - Children.

Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) are seeking to appoint an organisation to deliver Housing Support for any individuals who are homeless or roofless and require holistic support. This service is for people aged 16 years and over living in the Caerphilly Borough.

Provision of Generic Housing Support Floating Support Services
Provision of generic housing support floating support service through the Housing Support Grant (HSG). The contract period is 1st October 2023 – 30th September 2027, with an option to extend for up to a further period of forty eight (48) months, reviewed after twenty four (24) months.
The Council has an in-house workforce of around 200 multi-skilled trade operatives. Their responsibility is to undertake both response work and planned repair and improvement work. The workforce is divided into two work streams: The Housing Repair Operations (“HRO”) who undertake all reactive and planned response repair work, and the Planned Asset Management Strategy (PAMS) who undertake capital improvement works as part of Planned Asset Management Strategy. The Council is looking to establish a Framework support arrangement (the “Framework Agreement”). The Council wishes to appoint experienced contractors to provide labour and materials under this Framework Agreement. The appointed contractors will be used to support the Council’s own in-house HRO workforce in providing a reactive and planned response maintenance service for Council owned domestic properties during periods of peak demand, and the PAMS workforce who undertake capital improvement works as part of PAMS. The PAMS sequence of external works will be on a community basis for each of the Council's three housing areas (Lower Rhymney Valley, Upper Rhymney Valley and Eastern Valley).

Supply & Implementation of a Caerphilly CBC Corporate Digital Platform
Caerphilly County Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations to work has a partner in Supplying and Implementing a new Corporate Digital Platform into the Authority.
The Council has identified six (6) key areas of functionality that are an essential requirement for this procurement and the successful provider must be capable of providing all six (6) of these areas within their own platform.
The Council will not consider any bids that cannot provide all six (6) of the key areas of functionality on their own platform and any bids received that fail to meet this requirement, will be considered non-compliant and excluded from the process.
The six (6) key areas of functionality required are as follows:
Website Content Management – The suppliers platform must be capable of managing the Council’s corporate website and be the touchpoint for customers accessing services online. The new platform will replace the use of the existing third party Content Management System currently in place in the Council.
Electronic Forms – The suppliers platform must be capable of building online forms to capture service requests from customers. These forms will be accessible through the Council’s Corporate Website and the Customer Relationship/Contact Management interface supplied as part of the solution. The new platform will replace several existing third party and in-house solutions for building online forms.
Workflow/Business Process Flow and Case Management - The suppliers platform must be capable of providing the Council with the ability to control the flow of service request information through its lifecycle. This will include delivery to back-office staff and systems.
System Integration – The suppliers platform must be capable of providing the Council with the ability to feed information, in both directions, between the solution and other third-party/in-house systems and data sources.
Customer Relationship/Contact Management – The suppliers platform must be capable of providing an interface for use by customer advisors when assisting customers contacting the Council with a service request or service request query. The new platform will replace the existing in-house solution.
Mobile Worker – The suppliers platform must be capable of providing the Council with the ability for workers in the field to receive and action service requests via their mobile device.
WELSH PUBLIC SECTOR COLLABORATIVE FOOD GROUP (WPSCFG) FOOD FRAMEWORK

Tenders are invited for a Contract on behalf of Caerphilly County Borough Council (the Council) to provide Dog Kenneling Services to Stray Dogs and Dogs seized during investigations into Welfare concerns.
The procurement process for this arrangement will follow a two-stage, Open Procedure. Tenderers will be required to pass the selection stage response before the award criteria response will be considered.
The tender shall be split in to two lots and you may apply for Lot 1 only or Lot 2 only or both lots available.

Caerphilly County Borough Council (the “Council”) has established a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Educated Other than at School (EOTAS) that is due to expire on the 31 August 2024. This framework agreement is a new tender opportunity for suitable Providers to apply to join this framework arrangement which shall commence from the 02 September 2024. This Framework is being tendered under the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015, Schedule 3, falling within Regulation 74-77, otherwise known as the Light Touch Regime. The Council wishes to establish a compliant framework agreement to meet the educational requirements for learners who are EOTAS.
Refresh Periods - New Providers shall be permitted to apply to join the framework at set times/intervals as advertised by the Council, on a twelve (12) month basis. This period may be shortened or extended, during the validity period of the framework, for example at times where there is poor capacity within the marketplace.
