Cadder Housing Association Limited, invite tenders for the provision of Director of Operations Services from August 2023 until 31 March 2024. There is an option to extend this service for period up to a maximum of 12 months
The works comprise the annual maintenance of gas heating systems and shall include everything necessary for this check, including all labour, parts etc., of all gas installations and includes gas supply piping from the gas meter to all appliances, gas fires, gas appliances, combination boilers, condensing boilers and full or partial central heating systems, together with all electrical work associated with these installations up to and including any flexible electrical cord to pumps, boilers etc.
Cadder Housing Association require a suitable qualified cleaning company to carry out routine cleaning, disinfecting and sweeping of common close areas, common window cleaning and adhoc cleaning works such a bulk uplifts ad needle sweeps.
Provision of Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Call Handling and Emergency Works, Void Property Inspections and Void Property Works and Disability Adaptation Works for a three year period, commencing 1 June 2025
