The Supplier will provide high quality sports coaching and consultancy to the College and a cohort of students. The delivery of which will involve the following critical success components: i) Recruitment; ii) Enrichment iii) Destinations iv) Staff v) Reputation vi) Student Voice vii) Added Value

These refurbishment works where carried out during the T level Wave 4 works to refurbish the Highbury Campus Tower first floor for Childcare and Early Years, and the fifth floor for Digital subjects.

Scope of Works: We have allowed to install & supply the following parts:  55no' IQ41x Trend Lan Controllers Repairs and upgrades to College building maintenance systems. Specifically: i) 55no' WD-CPS Sontay Condense sensors ii) 55no' T/TFR-4/10 flying lead temperature sensors iii) 55no' Back plates & Trend Lan extender cable kits iv) 1 x IQVision maintenance licence update, extending coverage for an additional year.

Provision of various desktop and laptop computers, specifically: 88 x V15s; 50 M70s; 50 S24s; and 106 D Monitors. Purchase facilitated by the availability of additional and late funding.

Provision of dedicated bus route for exclusive use of students living in City of Portsmouth geographic area. The service will operate during term time only.

Provision of full end to end Find A learner Service, including being able to map to College enrolment and registration processes, with reporting functionality and ongoing system training (as appropriate) and support.

Providing access to full ATOM online LMS delivery platform, including consultancy to help build a streamlined College enrolment process (to reduce duplication) and a successful ongoing delivery methodology, full training in systems and full ongoing support from a dedicated Customer Success Manager (Telephone/email support) and regular review meetings included.

Provision of site wardens and security officers, across 4 sites.

Provision of Digital marketing agency services

Provision of basketball coaching and related services

Replacement of 5 roller shutter doors in the motor vehicle workshop, due to current shutters being beyond economical repair

Provision of professional services to support Wave 5 Building works.

Provide a daily, term time only, bus service from Farnham and surrounding area to Sixth Form College, Tangiers Road. Hours of operation between 0800 and 0930, with return service operating from 1620.

Part 1: Required, an overarching brand awareness campaign to raise perceptions of COPC within the community of Portsmouth. Media and messaging to be focused on our two target audiences, Parents and Students. Part 2: A range of recommended media should aim to be bought competitively, and deliver strong value-for-money with low CPT and high impact formats.

Provision of a Procurement and Contract Management platform for use by the college in its purchasing and contract management processes and related management activities..

Replace existing lift control system for bespoke E.V Sprinte Control Panel. To include new car operating panel, 7 x landing call stations, 7 x landing lift position indicators & full shaft & motor room rewire. Replace both car door operator PCB's with new Fermator PCB's.
