Bromford is looking to create a DPS for the provision of construction works and services relating to the maintenance of social housing.
The purpose of the DPS is to ensure access to quality contractors across Bromford's geographical regions.

Our hard landscaping and garage demolition programme is currently carried out by both external contractors and our in-house service delivery teams across our four localities. Existing contracts have been developed to take into account a variety of archetypes and geographical locations across the West Midlands, North Gloucestershire and Bristol. The intent of the tender exercise is to align the work programmes under one or possibly two contracts.
Scope
The successful Contractor(s) will be required to deliver a planned programme of works across Bromfords four localities.
The break-down below sets out the type of works to be undertaken and completed during each financial year :

Bromford Housing Group require two adjustable access platforms that can be easily transported and erected by a two man team that will provide us with a working platform to undertake maintenance on residential properties up to three stories.
Bromford intends to contract 1 to 2 glazing services providers for a 6-month duration. These providers should have the capability to deliver glazing services across Bromford's geographical areas, in strict accordance with the specified requirements.
The successful bidder(s) will be expected to provide a comprehensive range of glazing services and support to Bromford's in-house repair and maintenance team, as well as supporting contractors. These services should meet the highest industry standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Bromford invites quotations for the provision of glazing services to support Bromford's in house team responsible for maintenance & repairs and supporting contractors
Bromford is inviting tenders for the supply of specified landscaping equipment and machinery to support our grounds maintenance operations. This procurement is focused on acquiring a defined list of high-quality and durable tools, including ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
We are seeking suppliers capable of delivering the specified equipment, which must comply with UK and EU safety and environmental standards. Successful suppliers will be expected to provide comprehensive warranty coverage. Interested suppliers should demonstrate financial stability through the provision of audited financial accounts and meet our economic and financial criteria.
Interested parties are invited to submit their bids through the ProContract portal, where detailed specifications, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions are available. This tender is open to all qualified suppliers looking to establish a contract with Bromford for the supply of the specified equipment.
Bromford is a Housing Association with over 46,000 homes and an ambitious new build development programme. We are seeking support from companies and partners that can provide individual or a range of the services identified below.
Whilst these will predominantly be for the purposes of our new homes development, there are often cases of individual existing homes where we need specialist support and advice. Whether this be in relation to defects, disrepair or structural matters, concerns raised by customers or Bromford seeking to dispose of the home, we need a range of partners that can support these elements as well.
Organisations can be added to the DPS at anytime throughout the year, once they have completed the qualifying process (first stage). The organisation will then form part of Bromfords' approved list and can bid for tenders.
