Broadacres is seeking to award a Retrofit and Decarbonisation Contract ("Contract") covering a range of works to a single contractor. Contract duration will be approximately 3 years (36 months). The works required include, but are not limited to, installation of photo voltaic panels, air source heat pumps, loft insulation, smart air bricks and associated ventilation measures to comply with PAS 2035.

Following recent changes in procurement legislation (Procurement Act 2023), Broadacres Group are looking to tender for procurement support to ensure an appropriate governance framework in place and for resources to support service delivery. Together with advice and current and expiring contracts during 2025 - 2026.

The appointed contractor will be expected to carry out whole property maintenance/repairs/renewals which will be pre-determined and outlined in the Schedule of Works. Works will be focused on our 'Major' works properties, this will include the completion of Relet packages which are likely to include component renewals such as kitchen, bathroom, electrics and heating, no element of work is guaranteed per property and volume of work per property will be outlined in the Schedule of Works. Property works will be assigned as Minor, Medium or Major in line with our KPI's.

As part of our Pre Construction/Operational Void phase, we require a suitably experienced Contractor to carry out Electrical Services specifically the Rewire & Remedial Works in Broadacres Housing Association's Empty Homes. The Scope of the Service required by Broadacres Housing Association from the Electrical Rewire to Empty Homes (Voids) Contract is set out in Section 5 of this ITT document.

2.1. As part of our Pre Construction phase, we require a suitably experienced Contractor to carry out our Clearances and Clean of Empty Homes. Clearances will be expected to be carried out both internally and externally of the outgoing customers possessions and/or fly tipping, this will also involve the Clearance of items from the loft space and any/all outhouses. Cleaning services will be required as and when directed by a BHA appointed person prior to colleagues entering the property (Builders Clean) or once works are complete (Sparkle Clean). Hazardous waste removals/cleaning will also be required on an ad hoc basis, this will be to remove any biological hazards including bodily fluids, sharps as well as drug paraphernalia.

The primary objectives of this engagement are: • Provision of outsourced internal audit services; • To deliver high quality services which enhance the internal control environment and provide value add.

Occupational Health Services, Health Surveillance and Employee Assistance Programme for Broadacres Housing Association, circa 425 colleagues.

Broadacres is seeking to award a contract to deliver a kitchen and bathroom replacement programme consisting of approximately 60 kitchens and 40 bathrooms a year (“Contract”) across their full area of operation to a single contractor. These figures are provided as a guide only and may vary during the life of the contract. Broadacres does not guarantee any volume of work. The programme is subject to customer refusals being removed and urgent replacements being added to the programme during the year. The Contract duration will be 3 years with an optional 2 year commencing from April 2026, value of expenditure will vary year on year but is envisaged to exceed £2,000,000 over the 5-year Contract period.

As part of our Operational Void phase, we require a suitably experienced Contractor to carry out the Supply & Installation of Flooring in Broadacres Housing Association's Empty Homes and where required tenanted properties. As part of the Empty Homes process the contractor may be required to supply and fit the requested flooring following the commencement of a tenancy, this is due to BHA providing customers the option to request the installation on a date that suits them best.
