This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of NHS BNSSG ICB's ("the Commissioner"), intention to commission supplementary technology and services to support the development of its "Intelligence Centre".
The technology solution element within this requirement is termed 'FDP+' (Federated Data Platform Plus) while the professional services element is termed the 'FDP+ Implementation Partner'. The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these requirements.
The contract duration will be confirmed ahead of any formal invitation to tender (ITT) being issued. It is likely be between 5 and 7 years. At present the anticipated start date of the contract will be 01/04/2025 however these timeframes and dates are liable to change.
The number of potential lots has not yet been decided and will also be confirmed ahead of any formal ITT and following inputs from this market engagement.
TUPE will not apply to this opportunity as it is a new requirement without an incumbent provider.
Total combined maximum contract value will be confirmed ahead of any formal ITT being issued. It is estimated at this time to be £9m across the term of the contract.

This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of NHS ICB's in the South West of England, (the Commissioner's), intention to commission a 24/7 text messaging support service. The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services.
The service will support people at times of crisis and be evidenced as able to support people who are or may be:
• Highly anxious or stressed
• Depressed or in a heightened emotional state
• Suicidal or at risk of harm to themselves
The overall aim of the service will be to offer an alternative to people who may not use telephone services to access emergency support, and to provide a digital platform to offer support and escalation, signpost to existing local services that takes into account waiting lists and referral pathways and works in harmony with local services. The service will reduce the number of people reaching crisis and need for further more intensive support.
Whilst NHS BNSSG ICB is putting this PIN forward, the full list of ICBs working collaboratively to consider these services and their individual estimate annual budgets are as follows:

This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of North & West Bristol Locality Partnership's, part of Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board (ICB), (the Commissioner's), intention to commission an early intervention wellbeing service for Children and Young People (CYP) experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, Emotionally Based School Avoidance.
The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services at this stage, and any responses will be used to inform the Commissioner's strategy going forward.
BNSSG ICB is seeking to secure a Prime Provider who has the capability and capacity to deliver an early intervention wellbeing service for CYP experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) , in line with the specified requirements, encompassing:
• hosting a specialist CYP Link Worker
• offering 1:1 support to CYP and their families
• delivering wellbeing group programmes, responsive to need in schools, based around themes of physical activity, nature, art and emotional resilience
• leading, managing and overseeing the project.
This service will be provided to CYP enrolled at schools within the North and West Bristol locality, with a priority on those with the highest percentage of students in receipt of Free School Meals.
The Commissioner envisages an initial contract duration of 3 years, with the aim to begin in April 2025.
TUPE does not apply to this requirement.
The envisaged total contract value for this service is £238,650 inclusive of VAT over three years.

This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board's (ICB's), (the Commissioner's), intention to recommission a digital board portal to support the ongoing management of ICB Board and committee documents.
The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services. Users will broadly fall into two categories:
• Meeting Participants - who need to access and annotate documents for their own records or exchange and provide a consistent record of minutes with actions being automatically tracked.
• Administrators - who need to be able to configure the portal for designated meetings to reflect agendas and to efficiently upload main documents and appendices which can be quite large.
The system must provide reliable, secure access, a controlled environment, and comply with necessary standards of information governance. Users will expect the system to operate intuitively, provide a positive experience which will include quick and easy use, and straightforward access.
The Commissioner is interested in considering how the portal can improve the productivity of the board and ensure elements of collaboration, as well as transactions such as prior sign off. The Commissioner is also keen to understand the roadmap for connecting to their future ambitions around automation and AI capability.
There are likely to be in the region of 100 users with at least 25 administrators of the system, not all of whom will be employed by the ICB.
The estimate budget for these services is currently £34,000 per annum and the expected contract term would likely be for 3 years, making a total estimate contract value of £102,000 over the term.
