Breckland Council requires a contractor to service and repair air handling and air conditioning units at the following locations: o Breckland Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham NR19 1EE o Breckland Business Centre, St. Withburga Lane, Dereham NR19 1FD o Breckland Business Centre, St Nicholas Street, Thetford IP24 1BT o 27 to 39 (odd Numbers) Turbine Way, Swaffham PE37 7XD The work required under this contract is annual servicing of air conditioning and 6 monthly air handling systems including any approved reactive repairs and replacements. Such works are not limited to the above premises' and may be extended to other properties owned by Breckland Council. The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the potential to extend this for a further two (2) years (3+2). The prices will be fixed for the first three (3) years. You are invited to tender for the provision of glass collection for Breckland District, Great Yarmouth Borough and South Norfolk District Council's ("The Councils") Procurement Ref: 090/BKSN/22. The Councils wish to jointly procure a glass bank provision, collection and processing service. Breckland District Council will be the lead authority for this project. The Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme funding is specifically targeted at upgrading end-of-life fossil fuel heating systems to low carbon alternatives for example heat pumps. The fund also supports the delivery of ancillary works such as insulation and solar panels which drive further efficiencies. In October 2022 an application was made by the council to deliver a range of upgrades at three council owned sites: o The Horizon Centre (jointly owned by the Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council) - heat pumps o Diss Leisure Centre (South Norfolk) (This Invitation to Tender) - heat pumps, fabric upgrades and solar PV o Kestrel House (South Norfolk) - heat pumps and solar PV The overall programme of works has been broken down into separate procurements.
