This invitation to tender is for the provision of Bistro Services at Lever Gardens Court Extra Care Scheme for the Bolton at Home Group.
The scheme is situated on Dearden Street, Little Lever and consists of 53 one bedroomed and 9 two bedroomed apartments and provides specialised housing for people aged 55 and over with onsite care and support including 24 emergency response. In addition, there is a range of communal facilities and lounges and the onsite bistro/ café.

Bolton at Home are tendering for flooring providers to provide flooring to our housing stock, consisting of void, occupied and decanted properties. There may also be a requirement for flooring to communal areas in other buildings.
We are creating a framework of providers for Lot 1 - Supply Only of Vinyl Flooring, Lot 2 - Supply & Installation of Carpets & Vinyl Flooring, Lot 3 – Supply & Installation of Wet Room Flooring. Bolton at Home expect all suppliers to be able to supply all flooring specifications requested.
Bolton at Home are looking to award One single provider for Lot 1, and between One and Five providers for Lot 2 & Lot 3.

External Audit Services for Bolton at Home Group
Bolton at Home (BH) wish to select a supplier for the provision of external audit services to BH Group and also companies that Arcon are a trustee and managing agents for. The aim is to enable it the Group to meet its statutory, financial, and regulatory obligations.

on a case by case basis to suit the needs of Bolton at Home customers and void properties to
include survey, treatment, eradication and associated works.
